Bought goods on 12th dec at super dry shop in Cambridge said it will be delivered 16th dec On the 20th got told goods were lost in transit. Wat a load of rubbish

Great service. We found a coat we liked in the store, but they didn’t have the size we needed so a very kind and friendly girl working in the shop, ordered it on line and we had it delivered to our house. We then had to change it again for a different size and it was easy to do. We have received the coat today and my son loves it. Just in time for the cold weather. Very warm and smart.

You have very friendly and helpful staff.
I had purchased 2 tee shirts and they were too big.
they arranged a refund for me, and I was able to buy another tee shirt.

My first click and collect with Superdrug. I found it really easy and the staff were so helpful in store.

The longline duvet coat is amazing!!! I could not recommend it enough. It makes any outfit.

Friendly professional and speedy service! Cargo pants were just the fit I was after. I couldn’t at first find what I was after in store but everyone was very helpful and delivery was quick. So thrilled that I ordered another pair in a different colour.

The Cambridge Superdry store didn't stock the item I was looking for but the very helpful sales assistant ordered it for me for home delivery. I was kept fully up to date with the progress of the order, which was delivered 2 days later. I was very impressed.

I had to return a pair of trainers as they were too small. The process was very straightforward. The shop assistant in the Cambridge store was very helpful and friendly. I bought a lovely, cosy v necked jumper instead.

Super fast delivery and quick returns. The staff in the cambridge store are really friendly and so helpful, especially one of the ladies, who I think is the store manager!

sales assistant was able to order online a size of clothing not available in store, the product arrived earlier than expected via Evri, I was informed throughout of the delivery route.
