GOODS DID NOT ARRIVE
the order has not arrived .spd did not deliver it as '"driver was running late" .I cannot get hold of dpd i did inform them .Also informed superdry very disappointed. I also informed Superdry . no response from dpd or superdry

Incorrect size delivered
My puffer jacket was delivered in good time but was the incorrect size. I ordered XL but was sent R. That said the jacket was wrapped in incorrectly labelled sellophane which did show XL despite the jacket being R.
Clearly a packaging quality control issue.
