Very disapointed
I have not recieved my purchase. It was due on Monday 14/10/24 we were in all day and it still hasnt arrived. I have sent a e- mail to care customer services but had no reply. Can you please look into this matter urgently.

Great vibe in the shop!
Great vibe/ atmosphere in the shop; spotted the checked, pleated mini skirt; it fitted brilliantly, true to size; thought the price was reasonable; bought it; love it!

From ordering my purchase on line to unfortunately having to return it to the shop as it wasn’t for me the process was easy and efficient especially returning to the store.Exellent customer service.

Cute but short of 5 star
The girls in store were very sweet, but lacking a bit in actual useful engagement, like helping find the right sized garments, not just pointing you to the aisle

Security tag left on
I have to go back to the shop to have the security tag removed as the shop assistant forgot to remove it from my shirt. As you can imagine this is a very frustrating waste of my time.
