Lovely staff even although their equipment did not work.
Huge range. Got a great coat but had to order online. 10% discount could have been applied if ordered at home but no discount from shop. Could not fault staff. Had a bit of a laugh re the broken iPads. Must be very frustrating for them. Love my coat.

Made an online order with delivery to Dundee store. The staff (manageress and male sales adviser) were simply first class. First time buying anything Superdry however the quality of the jackets are superb. It won't be my last Superdry item that's for sure.

Very poor experience. Ordered on a Sunday was told parcel would be delivered to store by Tues/Wed at the latest. As the iteam was to be a birthday gift (for the Thursday) I went ahead with the order. Went into store on Tuesday to be told parcel not there and to await email. Still not received an email by the following Sunday (full week si ce order) but decided to go to store to check. Also checked tracking only for it to say the parcel HAD been delivered on the Tuesday thus the delay could have been avoided. As I am registered disabled it is not easy for me to get into town to the local store therefore I am NOT happy by the lack of communication from your service and severely disappointed that I could not get the parcel in time for a birthday gift

The in store help was fantastic. The reason I have given 1 star is I was charged twice for a jacket. That in itself is fine but it was the hassle of getting the money refunded. Customer services were asking for my long credit card number which I don’t know why as they could just refund off the purchase receipt. There was no help at all of customer service and it was handled in a unprofessional manner. I had to call my bank get codes to give to superdry customer service as they were saying there was no purchase made at the time I said. For one I think someone was trying to get my credit card details for fraudulent use. This needs monitoring. But as I say this is no reflection of the in store staff who tryed to get me refund but had the same question customer service need my card details. Eventually sorted but 3 hours spent on the phone to bank and superdry customer services. But thanks to instore staff.

I shop in this store quite often as I have a son a son in law and 2 grandsons who are all big fans of this brand the staff in this store are quite young which made me a bit wary of getting good service I am glad to say I was wrong they are always friendly and helpful offering assistance with information about gift receipts and returns policy which I have used and was dealt with promptly and friendly so I have nothing but good experience when making purchases will continue to shop here in the future a big thank you to all staff in this store

Store staff were very helpful, didn’t have the size I needed so they ordered one for to be delivered to the store for me to pick up as I couldn’t do it myself.

A good quality and warm jacket. I'm a skinny tall guy and usually have a problem to find a jack which fit me properly, this one does!
