Just bought a long puffer jacket from Superdry to keep me warm in winter. Amazing stuff! Very light and warm. Not the cheapest but I think it’s worth the price. Just got 2 sizes bigger so can wear a jumper underneath and still have some space. The shop is a bit overcrowded with stuff but the staff friendly and helpful.

I like the perfect quality, the item is so comfortable as well.

Had two different employees help me with an order I needed to return and repurchase online and they were so attentive as if I was the only person in the room!

I ordered a jumper in the Edinburgh branch, on delivery I found my size choice was too small. I returned it to the shop, the staff were excellent there was no fuss on the return and they were able to reorder a more suitable size, thoroughly professional and delivery of the replacement jumper was prompt, great service all round.

Really good quality jacket ideal for chilly spring/autumn conditions. The look and feel is great - has a lovely Patagonia/TNF look with a classy matt sheen.

It's been a while since I've shopped for new clothes. I forgot how sizes can be a problem with Superdry. Forgetting you often need to buy a size bigger.

As I ordered online it was disappointing to get delivery and not everything fit properly.

As for quality, it's the same as always. Good to high quality.
Sometimes I feel the stitching could be better. Lots of loose threads, which you don't expect for the premium price.

Would that stop me buying from Superdry. No! I like the selection of shirts and t-shirts and jackets. Trainers not for me and wish you had boot cut jeans for men.

I also used to be a massive fan of your leather shoulder bag range. Which you had in every colour. Not sure why you stopped making them. I had a collection of 12 of them.

I always enjoy shopping at Superdry. Picking a t-shirt is like being able to pick the colour from a paint chart, so many to choose from and match to things.
