Really pleasant staff.

Friendly helpful staff who can take a bit of banter also .

I have placed an order, but the delivery is delayed and I have not received any notifications. It seems that no one is addressing the delay.

I also contacted Superdry chat support, and they mentioned their working hours are 10 to 5. However, I reached out at around 4 pm and still did not receive any response.

Staff made a great effort to get me what I was looking for 😊

I got myself a new hooded sports puffer jacket the other day and love it! My last SuperDry was so good I decided to get another one. It's a lovely denim wash colour, very comfortable and warm. I have also bought some lovely knitwear and shirts over the last few years from SuperDry. The clothes, staff and service is all Superb! I use the Glasgow, Argyle Street store or sometimes buy online. Genuinely one of my favourite shops! 😀👌

I seen a winter jacket online & went into the store to try it on fitted perfectly so cosy & warm loved the inner cuffs & great choice of pockets I had lovetoshop vouchers but unfortunately the store didn't except them so went home & ordered online & got 10% off my first order which was great saved money didn't take long to get my order would definitely recommend to family and friends

Terrible experience with superdry, they lost my first package, then when I returned my second package in store, they stil haven't given me my refund a month after. Really hard to get in touch with customer servces as well.

Had two items to return and exchange for different sizes, no receipt as the items were Christmas gifts, team member could not have been more helpful.

Visited Glasgow Argyle Street branch to make returns on Wednesday 23rd December and was served by a very competent, helpful female member of staff. She returned the clothes and reordered items for us and made the experience really easy. Very professional and personable. Good experience.

The girl who served us was really helpful and polite!
