I like that sometimes I can buy things at a discount. But last time I bought a sweatshirt with a 30% discount, paid for shipping, but the sweatshirt turned out to have a hole on the shoulder.. I think that if you tear a defective item at a discount, you should indicate the reason for the discount, because in my opinion, a hole is unacceptable and in a prominent place that catches the eye. I was a little disappointed, I had a better opinion about superdry, now it's not like that.

The shop was ok, quite full of stuff but good. The jacket we got seems to be good quality. Good customer service at the till.

The store was well stock and everything was easy to find. The customer service was excellent and very friendly.
My daughter loved the jumper I brought her and products appears to be high standard.

Very informative staff- as I was buying a gift offered an email receipt and explained the return process.

I absolutely love Super Dry and always make a point of visiting a store when I travel internationally. My clothing cupboard is full of Super Dry products, some of them over 10 -years old and still going strong.

unfortunately my fault I bought the ski jacket and pants which were lovely fit and look just I went a size up due to layers I will be wearing !
I think I need my normal size 12 which I will have to buy and return which ever one is best! Thank you so much Xx

I returned a shirt (M) to the store in Guildford. No L in store....server was really helpful in managing a refund and ordering on line, to be delivered to my home at no cost. That was great! However on line doesn't accept Amex meaning after several attempts I had to use a different paymwnt card. A bit frustrating and time consuming

The Guildford store is fabulous with great stock levels and lovely staff.
