I have already emailed my customer feedback in and had no response.

Overall view no interest or ownership of online orders at the Hull store.

Tracking details for order suggested it had been sent to Goole, which is odd as you don’t have a store in that town.

Great store experience, store manager went out of her way to help me, great store atmosphere

I ordered a coat for delivery to my local Hull store. After the initial order confirmation, I received no update. I checked the tracker and my deliver had been posted to the wrong store.
I visited my Hull Store and the staff were very helpful. They cancelled the original order and supplied me with the item including a discount for my troubles. If it were a score just for the store then it would be 5 stars!

Unfortunatley on this occasion due to an unwanted birthday present I had to return the polo shirt back for a refund. My nearest store to me though is 30 miles away in Hull. Luckily Ben from the Hull store helped me and put me through to the customer services and Maria did the rest for me saving me a 60 mile round trip! Thanks alot for all your help guys!! 5*****

Brilliant delivery and had to return one item which was easily done and very quick refund. The jacket I kept was very well made and the sizing is always correct.

Had a pleasant ( horrible ) experience with Claudiu a the Superdry chat support.

The agent was horrible - I asked him if the products were final sale and instead of providing an answer, he was asking me to confirm the percentage of discount that was applied. Then he abruptly ended the chat. Is this how Superdry trains its customer service staff? I will post a public review of this interaction on every possible public site.
