Superdry - Inverness レビュー 

The shop was very nice with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and nice.

I made a very late visit to the store in Inverness (10 mins before closing) to return some items and pick up an order. Kayleigh who I'm sure she said is the branch manager could not have been more helpful especially when we discovered the order had not been delivered despite the confirmation email. She was able to source the same item from store stock which I then paid. And she explained that due to the distance I had travelled that she could return my original order item once it was delivered the following morning. By 10am the following day she had called as she said she would to confirm that my item had been delivered and then whilst on the phone processed the return. She was an absolute credit to the store and Superdry as a company and it would be good if she was recognised for her faultless customer service

Good overall, good stock levels. Store a little Cramped in places and narrow to navigate.

I like Superdry products and also admire the social politics of its founder (which is partly why I shop there) but some of the shop staff need a real shake-up, they are letting the brand down. Went into the Merry Hill branch in West Midlands recently and not bad, the assistant did at least ask if I wanted any help and was personable. Back home in Inverness, went in last week and three assistants standing around together and laughing very loudly at the cash desk, totally oblivious to any customers, only a couple in there, apart from myself. One other customer commented on it to me, and said she didn't want to shop there if they didn't offer any help, I walked out after a few minutes too. The shops are so dark, it is difficult to see the true colours, and items are often hung high, you might need help to find a size and so on, but really, you feel as if you are interrupting their conversation to even ask! I know it is difficult to get staff nowadays, so they can't be choosy perhaps, but are they not trained? One was probably the manager, which is even more worrying. I wonder if the marvellous man behind the brand knows that his staff are oftn letting the brand down badly?!

Just lovely people to deal with: attentive, engaging and efficient! What more could anyone want?

Hi there, been to do shop in Inverness to get a trouser to my daughter. She's an athlete which makes finding the right size could be challenging. She was supported what size would be the best fit for her.

Staff incredibly helpful with doing online order in your Inverness store, courier EVRI useless, staff sorted immediately when I went in and organised DHL instead, had new package in 3 working days. Superdry fab but stop using EVRI

The store manager in Inverness offered to order me the item online when it wasn't available in store, and submitted it for me. V helpful. The delivery was made within the time period estimated. Only down part was the delivery person's demeanor. Nothing serious, but not exactly service with a smile. Maybe was having a hectic day!

We shopped in the Inverness store. There, we were helped by Ellie.
Ellie is a superb representative of Superdry. She couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. If she was my employee I would be enormously proud.
I asked the store manager (who is also wonderful) to ensure that Ellie knows how excellent she is at customer service and how pleasurable she made our shopping experience. I truly feel that she should be acknowledged.
