Great clothes. And the ones I decided didn't suit me were no trouble to return to the store, thanks to the lovely staff.

great shop lots to choose from.. payment was smooth and overall service was great!

The shop assistant on the shop floor was excellent, she went out of her way to show us the different ranges and styles that were available. Good old fashion customer services.

I ordered two Hawaiian shirts a female and a male shirt. Ordering on line was easy and I opted to collect from Lakeside store. I was given an estimated delivery date. Updated and informed when ready to collect. Store staff were friendly and collected my order promptly.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of both shirts and the colours were really nice. The ladies shirt was slightly fitted and a nice length. I’m 5’3” and a curvy 12, the size 12 was true to size.
The men’s medium shirt was also slightly fitted and not too long for a 5’8” guy with 42 chest.
The designs were colourful but not Gordy.
They were packed in small plastic bags but had hardly any creasing which says they will be good for packing and ironing.
They were purchased for a holiday in July so not washed yet but the feel of the material tells me they will wash well
I will purchased again from Superdry.

Great service at Lakeside Thurrock and the staff were polite , professional and so very helpful with a friendly attitude you just don’t see much nowadays sadly. I have always loved the design of the stores and their ambiance. The quality and design of the clothing never disappoints. I am finding other trusted brands have just cut so many costs their clothes look and feel cheap and it’s hard to shop if you want to wear something that looks and feels quality whilst standing the test of time. Well done Superdry, you are a breath of fresh air.

Quality of clothing range and special offers, that I found the icing on the cake which encouraged me to spend more.

Customer service was excellent. The staff had to take clothing off 2 manaquins as they were the last in the size we needed. They were very friendly and helpful
