Superdry - Lakeside レビュー 

I love the coat that I have purchased, good quality, but delivery was actually slow. Product has been dispached in 4 days. I think it's because of Christmas, so hope next time it will be faster.

My initial purchase needed to be exchanged as it was the wrong size, the lady I spoke to in Lakeside went above and beyond, from checking in store, to other stores and then online trying to find me the correct size, when that wasn’t possible she even offered to help me find something else in store.

Great service and very professional, quality and value exceptional , delivery was quick and fast too x

Ordering was simple and quick which is always a great start. I chose click and collect and my item was ready to be picked up sooner than expected. The staff in the store are friendly and collection was easy too.

We walked in my grandson saw the trousers he wanted a staff member went straight away to find me a 2nd pair in the stock room. The quality is great and he finally found a backpack he can use for college now. Hes searched fir 2 months for a bag.

Wasn’t aware it was free postage the lakeside store helped no end to get what I wanted sent to my home address bonus as this was the first time I’d even been in superdry
