Went into the said shop was helped by a member of staff and purchased my coat every thing was top quality service

Loved the service and the item was stunning.

Speedy free delivery. Communication through the order and delivery status.

Excellent service from start to finish in both towns, professional and friendly staff. Ordered hoodie in Leeds and picked up in Hull could not ask for more.

My item still hasn’t arrived despite the staff in store promising it would arrive for the 21st December. I went in store to ask where the item was and they fobbed me off saying I needed to go on line. The queue online was ridiculous and when I eventually got through they couldn’t help. Worst customer service.

Packaging Arrived all open on delivery phoned the call centre to not a good answer

Not even offered a refund or change given that the coat was marked and dirty - reason for this was bag was to small for coat

Fantastic service. Ordered my coat one day and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately had to return as too tight. Return was easy online and exchange requested for bigger size. Text messages we received to track return and received the exchange day after!! Coat fits lovely great styling with lots of pockets which I like and is fabulous. Cosy and warm and waterproof. Good competitive prices. Also washable. Can’t fault Superdy.

Excellent service. The Leeds store staff went out of their way to find exactly what I was looking for while holding friendly conversation. I was extremely impressed at how on both my visits both sets of staff we’re immensely helpful and friendly. Made shopping a total delight.

1. Bad experience with counter staff while collecting my replacement as this was shipped from warehouse. I guess she is not enough trained and not customer friendly.

Tshirts all ordered same size and as per size guide. 2 fit OK. 1 would be too tight on a small person. Why are all sizes not the same.

Michael at your Leeds store is amazing and a huge thanks for your help on Saturday. You spent the best part of an hour in store with us helping my teenage son to buy jeans, t shirts, polo shirts, sliders and a bag. He is now college ready and the time spent in store was very productive.
The quality and price of the purchases that we made were great too Thank you.

Always friendly, always helpful staff. The shop floor a little packed and not very easy to find something specific but the staff member is always on site to help. A little to work on is: Till service a little slow and the lighting in changing rooms a bit dull. I am a forequarter visitor/customer to the store and love it

I popped into Superdry Leeds to look for some new cargo trousers. Unfortunately they didn't have any in my size, so the store clerk helped me use the click and collect option to deliver a pair to the store that would fit. After a couple of days I got an email and voila I went in the store and picked them up. Staff super helpful and very friendly. Great shopping all round shopping experience
