Really friendly staff and great product

The gentleman were super helpful, and the clothing is such good quality. Would highly recommend as nothing was too much trouble.

Always excellent service, I can also get Blue Light discount instore, which many stores only do online.
Quality of goods is great, meaning the items I purchase last a long time

I bought myself the hoody from superdry and my sister liked it so much that I went on to buy her one too. It's excellent quality as to be expected from Superdry. I bought them online and the service was second to none. The hoody arrived super fast along with being really well packaged.

The clothes were exceptional as always. However at the till my server told me she would apply my 10% student discount and then when I got home and checked the receipt it turned out that she hadn’t.

Had to return a present as it was too small for a larger one.
Staff were very helpful and made the whole experience effort less

Friendly service. I made a purchase and had to go back in to the store to change the size, but I forgot my receipt - was happy to still be attended to in a frienly manner and leave with what I needed.

Bought a pair of grey gindle shorts at £39.99 on 14/04/25 washed them for a weekend away. I then noticed on 15/04/25 when i went to iron them that the material is frayed down to hole. Obviously because I washed them they’re not interested in a return. I could understand if it was a week later but it was the next day. Apparently my washing machine will of done it. Strange how it’s not damaged any other clothes I have. I Spend £100’s if not £1000’s of pounds in these shops every year. I will definitely not be buying from this company again and take my business elsewhere.

Good quality fashion and free delivery

The sales person was very attentive, made me aware of other similar offers. Smooth transaction and overall really good experience.

“I recently purchased a coat at the Bradford branch of Superdry. I decided to return it as it was too big. The coat is still in like-new condition, and I showed the receipt to the staff. However, the store associate refused to accept the return, despite the fact that the coat was hardly worn and is essentially brand new. I believe this situation is unfair, especially as I have a 28-day return receipt , and wearing it twice shouldn’t be an issue. I would greatly appreciate further assistance in resolving this.

I went to return it, there is no option in the shop, it is very annoying, then I paid for it and it was returned with less than I paid. It has been very painful for me and my money has been wasted.

Fantastic quality and delivered really quickly

Saw some cargos online and wanted to buy them in store, couldn’t find them so went to an employee- she was very kind and explained that they were only available online but they had similar ones in store that I could try on to get the right size for the online ones- I ended up loving the in store cargos and bought both pairs! She was very helpful and kind and the lad on the tills was really nice too, they accept UniDays and it was a very nice in store experience!

Fed ex was late delivering a Xmas present bit the White Rose Leeds shop did everything to help with the situation excellent service 👍
