Superdry - Maidstone レビュー 

Usually fantastic service. The new store manager was unwilling to get a jacket not on the shop floor then flatly stated it would be over £200. I glanced down at the armful of shopping I was ready to purchase which was roughly the same amount so I was unsure if it was being implied it was out of my price range, told her to never mind. At the desk I was forced to endure an absolute train wreck of small talk as well as being told the items I was buying wouldn't fit me before I could depart. The quality of customer service in this store used to match the quality of goods. Unsure if I'll continue to visit this store.

Very helpful staff in Maidstone.
Ordered the size I needed in-store (not my local store). Jumper delivered to my address super fast.

Superdry, you have an absolute gem in your Maidstone store.. Natasha was by far the best sales assistant I've ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service and knowledge of the products. And myself, coming from a retail background I give huge praise to her. 10/10 to Natasha

The member of staff was very informative and welcoming. Greeted with a smiles and ended with enjoy you day and a thank you. Great to ser those value are still around. Thank you to that young lady.

The cashier was absolutely incredible in the Maidstone store, he was so helpful and cheerful. The delivery was quick and the sliders was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Never have a problem with superdry. Even when order the wrong size staff in store are always helpful

Went to collect my t-shirt not realising shop had shut 3 minutes earlier. I knocked on door and girl came over who went and fetched my purchase

The staff are always exceptional but on the occasion I took my daughter to get her mum another jumper they were extra. Really polite and helpful and really accommodating for my daughter who is 3. The interaction and welcoming attitude was nice and was talked about at home and with family after the visit. We were surprised how good the customer service actually is. Alice was so happy and asks to go back she didn't even get anything. Alice just loves the staff there attitude and friendliness. Well done Superdry. You certainly pay for what you get.
