I previously gave a bad review regarding Evri and the head office email not being very responsive. However today I spoke to someone in branch who was sooooooo helpful and she could not have done more ! Sorted it all out in one call and rang me straight back ! Amazing customer service thank you so much

I ordered 3 jumpers for choice and fit. In the end I kept 1 which is absolutely lovely and fits perfectly. The return to shop option worked really well - great staff in the Sheffield shop and my refund was credited back to me literally the next day! Fantastic service!

The store was busy, however the staff were lovely and had the time to make the shopping experience enjoyable. Resulting in a sale.

I always enjoy buying from superdry as the quality of the clothes is always superb, the materials they use last the test of time and always wash very well . Style changes constantly so I can usually find something I like and the staff are always super helpful and friendly
