After trying on the jacket in store and seeing the quality,
as some items I've purchased recently have fallen well short of quality of years ago.
I ordered online saved having to carry shopping around with me all day. Easy order online quick delivery

Quality clothes. Customer service is excellent

When returning a sweater as the stitching was coming undone, the salesman was extremely helpful. Though your system was unable to reorder the item to be delivered to me, he gave me the refund and helped me reorder it on my phone.

A Quick and friendly service at your Merryhill branch. They didn't have the hoodie i wanted in stock, and so they were quick to help, they would sort it and it wasn't a problem, they could order it to the shop or home. It was ordered and sent directly to my house, several days later.

I was impressed with the level of service. I ordered it on the Thursday, and it came on the following Monday.

Excellent customer service by floor staff and management. Very helpful. I walked out of the shop with a new XPD Parka jacket and hoodie, after expert information from all the staff involved.

The staff were really cooperative and friendly. They listened and given me good advice on a range of new winter clothing range. They checked systems for stock and no request was ever refused..... I only came in a few days before Christmas to purchase X3 t shirts but ended up spending ove £500. Plus I'd misplaced my shopping bag, and the staff had found it within minutes ....

I ordered a jumper on Saturday 7 December, was told I would get it delivered the next day?
I emailed you twice to see where my order was?
Customer service said it was due to bad weather ?
No email to say this?
Emailed again as I had now correspondence?
Finally came on Sunday 15 December
Delivery driver just placed the package on my doorstep I WAS IN !!😡
I also went back in store to see if I could buy the same jumper but out of stock , so I didn’t have to worry on not receiving my order
It’s not the store at fault just the packing process which took the longest & my communication from super dry supplier

Can never fault any items I buy. Clothes always look good. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying items

From the young lady in your merry hill store to the courier that delivered my goods. They were all very helpful and friendly as you had not got the item in store the young lady had looked for it in stock ordered it with in 2 days it had arrived at my front door. You can't ask for a better service well done superdry.

Great service and order placed for the right colour and received in post the 3rd day.

Ordering was quick and easy, the lad instore ordered for me, as the one I chose instore had a ripped pocket and a broken press stud which was disappointing. He told me it would be delivered next day, it arrived three days later.

Store supervisor took the time to talk through some of the latest products, knew a lot about the history of the brand, quality improvements and new direction of the incoming clothing lines.
