Received great customer service from 2 girls at the desk at merry hill shopping centre Dudley. They order the item for me by using their on device. Delivery was free and material was amazing and it was well stitched. Will order again thanks Team.

Ordered item online and got free delivery to my nearest store. Got a text the following day to say it had arrived. On arrival to the store I was greeted with a very helpful and pleasant member of staff. Overall a great experience and loved the jacket I'd ordered too.the

Firstly the Jacket is great, second the delivery company lost the first one. No emails to advise the item had been lost. It took a further visit to the shop to get assistance from staff, who were very helpful and ordered a replacement which arrived two days later. Overall, great product badly let down by delivery company.

Ordering products is very easy and straight forward. Returns policy is the best I've seen from a supplier with money back in my account within 24hrs

Website was easy to use and delivery to store was quick. Click and collect went smoothly. Would order again.

I needed to change jeans to different size the lady was amazing and helped me when they didn’t have in stock she got it sent straight to my home address, hassle free, she was so polite and helped me with the right size

Still not delivered- lost in the tracking system somewhere - no joy with live chat with Superdry - keeps cutting me off and have emailed customer service and auto reply states up to 5 days for a reply !!

Easy of order and collection was good.

It was a new member of staff, she was lovely & very helpful, went to a lot of trouble with ordering my coat but she did a great job.. I got it delivered at home & on plenty time for Xmas.. thanks so much to her & her team. All the time I go there to order o buy clothes there they are very helpful staff.. team work guys well done
