Good quality and a perfect fit, exactly what I was looking for

My experience at Portsmouth store was very poor. The lady on the other side intentionally put a refund when she was clearly holding the clothes which I wanted to exchange. She claimed to be a manager of the store and not knowing the basics. She also denied her mistake and apologised which she really never meant

Very well made material on the merchandise, cool and authentic gear and great desigbs that suits everyones taste.

I found items that i wanted to purchase. There was a good selection of items. Good offers and I was very happy with the quality. Good selection of sizes available.
Staff were pleasant.
The layout of the store was good.

I love your clothes, I would have taken two of my pieces if there would be an discount, unfortunstelly that wasn‘t possible

You had what I wanted as soon as I got there no other shop at gunwolf quays had what I wanted so you will get me back again so 10 out of 10 and the young lady was very lovely and friendly to me just what I wanted on the day so as I said I will be back soon for more because we don't have your shop in Southampton anymore . I had a coat I purchased in Oct- unfortunately the zip broke, the coat was under guarantee for a year- I returned to store, where the manager Jalina went above and beyond to get a me a replacement as it was out of stock in store and online, (portsmouth gunwharf), great service and the coat is very warm

Always enjoy shopping with this brand. Never used to be a go to but is now for a number of items. A brand that hasn’t compromised its quality thankfully when so many have. The outlet at Gunwharf is now standout because of this amongst brands that have cheap purpose made clothing for the outlet that belongs on a 3rd grade high street.

Good quality, friendly helpful staff and a good cut

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, extensive range of products, but the dim lighting made it difficult to judge colours.

Good service in the shop at the Portsmouth outlet.

Lovely items, sizing seems very varied but I tried everything on and I am very pleased with my purchases
