Your Reading store didn’t have the side we wanted of the item, but yr shop assistant made an online order for me with free home delivery. Very helpful.
Only improvement I would suhgest that you open up yr online Service from in store so that it accepting AMEX. I could use my Amex Card for in store purchases, but had to use s Visa or MasterCard for the online purchase Card reader.

Everyone was rlly nice but I only interacted with people when checking out, all the clothes were very well organised.

The young casher was very helpful in ordering an item. The item was free delivery and received within 3 days.

The superdry in UK Reading’s customer service at the time I visited was terrible.

There were two staff at the back on the till, working on something and when I asked about size measurements for a hoodie as a potential gift for someone, a women employee just suggested measurements in a monotonous tone without any effort or attempt to engage at asking questions. The only time they were friendlier was upon purchasing the product at the till. Deeply disappointed about the customer service staff there.

Really nice pair of trousers, comfy and they look gorgeous, fits in all the right places, but still stretchy and baggy, really do recommended

I returned a product to the reading store and have note received an email confirming the return and refund.
I emailed customer care who have not responded 4 days now.

I am waiting.

I ordered a Men's Off white puffa jacket/coat during the christmas sales, when the item arrived it was the wrong colour and sex.. the complete wrong jacket, what made it worse is that even though this was not my fault I had to either pay for a postage lable to have it sent back and my correct order sent to me again or make a special trip in-store to do the exchange there which meant my time, fuel and car parking charges. I did not fancy having to do the first option as it would have been another week before i would have got my correct coat and i needed it for an occasion in a couple of days.

Before making my way to the store to do the exchange I tried to contact the store to make sure they had the jacket in stock and in my size to avoid a wasted trip, I rang at least 5 times over 2 days with no answer each time, so I made the trip anyway hoping for the best, I asked when I was in store as to why no one would answer the phone.. for them to say the phone is broken.. not very helpful from a customer's perspective.

I did eventually get the item exchanged and they honored the online price as it was considerably cheaper online in comparison with the in-store price.

This experience would now make me weary from ordering from Superdry and co in the future for the reasons stated above.

Product quality is really good,value for money.

Friendly staff although when we asked if they had something in store she said no. But it was, we found a whole rail of the item.

I bought this as a birthday gift and really liked the product. The website showed it would arrive on the birthday evening, so when I checked the status on the day, it said “out for delivery.” I contacted customer support that evening for help, but the agent simply said delivery would take 2–4 days, which was disappointing.
Surprisingly, the parcel did arrive later that night, but I didn’t know because the confirmation email went to my spam folder. If the support agent had checked properly instead of giving an outright denial, it would have been a perfect experience.
Great product, but communication and support need improvement.
