Consistently fantastic new lines available, with very friendly and helpful staff
Fantastic staff, recognised me from working in a place opposite them, and so they gave me a nice "centre discount". The staff are always happy and helpful. As for the shop, the ambience is great. No huge bright strip lights. And the quality of the clothing is always first class. I'll no doubt be back for some summer wear!!

Great Customer Service
It was my first time visiting Scotland. The asian girl with glasses was great! Very informative helped with sizing and colour choices for a new coat. Wonderful service , a great asset for the company. I left feeling welcomed very happy with service she provided.

The male sales assistant with the nail varnish on I found him very rude The only thing I said to him was can I please return this and thank you

I bought jeans for my grandaughter which didn't fit and had to return them..the sales assistant at the till explained in detail what would happen and this was correct and I received a refund quickly
I ordered jeans for my grandaughter which arrived very quickly but they did not fit so I returned them and received a super fast refund. Great quality and service Thank you
