Received email to say order returned due to fit and refund.
Not sure how order could be returned if not received in the first place.

Great staff in the Solihull store, friendly and helpful (Sorry I didn't catch the woman's name who dealt with me) Ordered a coat as they didn't have it in my size, it arrived quickly and really happy with the quality of the coat, great fit and toasty on the cold early morning waits for the bus!
