Excellent clothes just staff aren’t really interested
Clothes are excellent and I buy from here a lot. Spent a good Hour in store but not a single member of staff approached me.
They weren’t really interested in helping. Shame really as I spent £500 and would expect some sort of staff interaction

Made purchase in store, shop and staff were welcoming and friendly and atmosphere relaxed. Store was clean and tidy and clothes well made as usual.

No tall section
Tall people, AVOID. The skirts are incredibly short and there is no longer length options (midi, maxi, etc). Really disappointing as this company produces nice clothing but is missing out on so many customers.

Staff very polite and helpful refunded within 36 hrs. I know you do paperless but a receipt on return to prove the item has been returned as what other proof is given once the item has been handed over its your word against theres

Great winter wear
Love the clothing, would always recommend.
I love the tops and jumpers as they are comfy, cozy and warm.

Absolutely awful delivery
Absolutely awful delivery. I have ordered jacket and i was keep getting messages day by day delivery is rescheduled. I received message 10/10/2024 and arrived at the end 14/10/2024 and i had to instruct over the phone delivery guy where to go and we live on main street like more simple address he can’t find. And now new delivery and same story. Delivery guy told me he can’t find address and because is dark he doesn’t see numbers of houses. He already 3 times attempted my delivery. Never ever i am going to order anything from SUPERDRY. I lost two days at home waiting for delivery which never came. Better different brand than to wait nearly two weeks for two jackets, just unbelievable.

I love the quality and the athletic fit of superdry clothing. Especially the polo and tops. Great prices too. Will keep buying as long as they don’t change the fit
