I had to return an item that was a present. The St Ives branch were very helpful and the service was great.

Staff were so helpful. Easy to obtain what i wanted

Kind and helpful lady who knew was very knowledgeable and helped me to get what I needed for when I have shoulder surgery, i needed something easy to get on and off. Thankyou very much to her for helping me 💖

Absolutely fantastic jumper! Didn't have my size In the store but the lady ordered one directly to my home address and it arrived before I returned home.

Returned a tee shirt to the shop which I had bought on line, staff were very helpful in helping with ordering an exchange for a smaller size

Worst service ever the shop didn't even tell me the parcel had arrived. When opened wrong size wrong colour and then they had the cheek to say you don't want it ???

Popped into ST IVES branch looking for a particular Bucket Hat, not in stock but, young lady assisant looked on line, found hat,said she could order and get delivered to my address. It was delivered in a few days. Excellent service.

Kept informed of delivery to store and arrived on the day exactly as stated.

Size not available in store so assistant was great and ordered for us online. Product was delivered within 3 days as promised.

Used click and collect, so simple, quick and free delivery to store, which when I collected I was allowed to use the changing rooms there to check item fitted ( it did) but would've given me the chance to return straight away rather than having to go back etc.

In St. Ives and the weather turned cool and damp. So I toured the local stores and found the best fleece and at a competitive price. Staff were really nice.

Easy to place an order on the website. It was also easy to return. I actually tried the exchange option but they refunded the money for my item instead. But apart from that slight inconvenience, the quality of the products are good.
