In store sales attendant was very helpful and although he didn't have the item I was looking for he located it elsewhere and had it delivered to my home.

Purchase an M65 jacket which I love but had a flaw. The girl at checkout was very helpful and exchanged it in minutes.

Went into shop and they didn’t have my size in the jacket I wanted but the girl serving was very helpful and ordered me one to the shop and when I went to collect it the fella that served me was lovely too

Waited o we a week and the wrong size came. When I questioned the order I was asked to bring back to a store of which there is only one in South Dublin, of which is inconvenient and I will have to wait another week + to get my winter coat

The delivery was fast than expected. Product was fine and perfect.
I ordered from store and the product was delivered to my address for free of charge !!!

Nice experience, I paid at the shop and they sent me the jumper at home. I waited 8 days

The Superdry store was very clean and had a positive atmosphere. The assistance i received from the sales staff was excellent. They assisted with the order of a sweater that was not in stock but could be purchased through the website.

Very timely delivery.
And return facilitated.

Bought a pair of camouflage swimming shorts. They were not in my size in the shop so the helpful assistant ordered online for me. Five days later I had them. Really good quality shorts, so very happy with them.

Good morning, after a week, I returned to the store (as requested) to pick up my order, but one of the employees told me that there was nothing there.
I went back to my house very upset, because they told me that as soon as I was supposed to go on the agreed date, finally, they said that as soon as I arrived they would send me an email..

And it's been two weeks since the purchase date and I still haven't received my goods

Staff was helping and knowledgeable.

Customer support in store very efficient and friendly and they manage my order at all since the beginning. The package and the item was correctly ordered. I bought them on 29.12.2021 and I received it back in store on 06.01.2022.

Perfect fit and high quality

There was only 1 in my size and it was slightly marked but the guy that looked after us couldnt have being more helpful and arranged for a coat to be delivered. Excellent customer service. Didn't catch his first name but his surname was Byrne!! Exactly the type of people you need in the city centre!!
