Staff were very helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to locate my purchase quickly and was served promptly. During my purchase the customer service assistant explained the warranty policy which was helpful.

I bought 3 lovely shirts for £50 at the Westfield store but the cashier only removed one of the magnets. In trying to remove the magnets from the other shirts (because I live too far away to be bothered to go back) I ruined them. So I am very unhappy at the lack of attention of the cashier employee and now I have 2 ruined shirts

The Customer attendant was a bit less helpful. I asked her about the price of the product, as there was no price tag, and she was like ‘ its the same price as rest’, rather than simply checking the price for me. They know the store better than us.

It made me feel a little less of buying products from that store.

Fast delivery and everything is true to size 👌🏼

The size I wanted was not on display, however the lovely assistant went, had a look and found the size that I was looking for.

The sales associate was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the products.

I order the jumper online. But I didn’t like the material hence I returned to Superdry Westfield White city store. At a time of return server crashed. So staff didn’t gave me any return receipt also they were mot giving me my product back. They were not giving any assurity. Plus store manager and other cash counter staff was very rude and ignoring and not at all helping. I got my refund after few days as a gift card. But i had to go through lot of trouble and it caused me lot of stress. I will never visit that super sry store again.

Good service and quality product, but hopefully they will give bag for free next time as the jackets and coats are quite expensive already. Overall, I love Superdry ❤️

It’s not always you are welcomed with excellent customer service, on this occasion the female staff member who helped me taking the order in store was genuinely helpful and excellent at her job. Was a pleasure to be served by her. Thank you. Sorry I don’t know her name.

Quality superb,jackets also nice stuff but please just low down the price

When I was paying for the item at first I didn’t notice that the sale item was not less but I paid the original price even if says on the shirts less price. When I check outside I paid the whole amount. But thankfully I came back and refunded the amount over paid.
