So happy with my purchase. I never shopped on their website before and was a bit anxious as I spent £100 on my order. Happy with the bulk 5l bottles and I saved so much versus buying smaller bottles in shop. The customer service is also really good, I wrote to them to check the order status and someone swiftly responded to tell me there is slight delay and kept me updated. The tracking system also works well and they kept me informed through text message and email on the delivery. Super happy. Will shop again

Superfood Market could not have been more helpful. In error, I ordered far too large a quantity of sea salt and only realised my mistake once I had paid for the goods. They suggested that dispatch would be after a couple of days and provided an email contact. I informed them of my error very late on Sunday night, long after normal office hours. I received a very kind email acknowledging my communication and the refund process began early on Monday morning. They are genuine, kind, and efficient business people. Though I did not sample the goods on this occasion, I have little doubt that they would have been of similar quality!

One of the few sellers to stock this product. Exceptional quality product and great value. Will definitely be using them again soon.

My order was coming late so i emailed and even though i was a bit stern because i was stressed (i know i shouldn’t of taken it out on them) they still where so apologetic and they reply so quickly like within 30 minutes defo will buy from this shops again thanks again and sorry again for being rude

Cannot fault this company , from navigating website , easy peasy , ordering , easy , then I was kept informed by email ,each step of the way , my order arrived exactly on time , very securely packed , all intact and beautiful honey .. very very impressed , absolutely would buy from them again with no hesitation ...

Awful service, delivery was late and left parcel in the rain behind bins, and wasn't there when I returned. Bloody joke.. I highly suggest not using this company .

Ordered 2 tubes of toothpaste on 9th Jan. Website says 'We have a 1-2 day handling time, and shipping may take 1-3 days'. Contacted them on the 13th as still showing as not dispatched, got automated response on 14th. Marked as dispatched on 16th Jan. Delivered on 19th, 10 days after ordering. No apology or other contact.

My first time ordering from Superfood Market and it was a pleasant experience. I was looking for organic plant based milk and the best price was found on Superfood Market. I decided to go for it and placed my order. Delivery didn't take long at all and my order was delivered when promised. I know that I'll be back to look for more deals and become a regular customer. I’m looking forward to receiving my first order of gluten-free products from the Superfood Market. So far, the experience has been very positive with friendly communication and an easy to use website. The delivery cost is very reasonable, too.

I came across the Superfood Market when searching for Grumpy Mule decaffeinated coffee, only to be pleased to find many gluten-free products on the site as well - using the search function was easy, too.

My order hasn’t arrived yet but I am sure I will shop at the Market again. I find it difficult to get out to the shops and this is an excellent way to shop.

I loved the personal touch of being thanked for my order. Although there was a coupon offering money off my next order this didn’t come across as a way to make me buy more. It came across as a genuine thanks for supporting this small family run business and a desire to help me make healthy choices.
