Don't listen to the 1 star reviews, Supra is legit. Ive been burned by a few off shore casinos before so was wary at first. But if you complete the kyc checks, you WILL be able to withdraw.
Deposits are smooth and withdrawals usually land within 6-12 hours and you can withdraw straight to the bank not just crypto. Also live support is prompt and helpful. Glad i found this gem of a casino. Thanks guys 🙏

Lack of promotions. Lack of rewards
Lack of appreciation for the funds spent on this service.
REFUSAL / Incredible effort to avoid closing the account.
Succeeded eventually but frankly it was a frustrating and diabolical experience.

After a small print condition which meant they removed a bonus I'd won, for not spending it in 7 days.. I tried deleting my account, no longer wanting to deal with them.

You can't. They won't let you. They'll send you a link to "limit" your use on their page, but they won't let you delete.

Upon pressing further, they ask you "but why do you want to delete your account?"

Sinister. Absolutely creepy behaviour from a company.

So I've closed my account today, I don't normally check, but when I pay in british pounds, I expect it to come out in british pounds. I do see on their website they do stuff in Euro's but it wasn't even Euro's it was charged at USD which isn't the same, so my £20 deposit was higher. As other as said, this is one of the worst casino's out there.

enige nadeel is dat de directe bankoverschrijving niet altijd direct is, duurt meestal tussen 5 en 20 minuten terwijl bij andere casino's dit wel meestal direct is.

I set up an account, made a deposit, won a certain amount that I wanted to withdraw and this is where the situation gets complicated. I get an email that I have to take a picture of a bank card that already has my data but without the code that protects against withdrawal from a bank account. Ik heb op 22-04-2025 een terugbetalingsproces aangevraagd dit is meerdere keren akkoort gegeven en vervolgens is hier 14 dagen voor uitbetaling voor gerekend prima(is best lang maargoed), vervolgens konden ze na 10 dagen ineens geen bankoverschrijvingen meer doen en moest ik een crypto wallet aanmaken. Ik heb dit gedaan en vervolgens wordt in geblokkeerd op de livechat support en heb ik nogsteeds geen enkele cent. GOK HIER NIET! Ik ben 1230,60€ kwijt geraakt

De support mail is compleet van de aardbodem verdwenen en online via de site kan ik ook geen contact meer krijgen met Supraplay. Mensen ik ben misschien een gokker maar dit is echt pure oplichting ik kan het niet anders verwoorden alles van Forta is oplichting helaas moest ik er op de harde manier achterkomen vandaar deze waarschuwing!!!!

Je kan geld op de site storten ik had €60 gestort de geld wordt heel snel geaccepteerd zonder moeiten maar zodra je ongeveer 145.51 heb gewonnen en je vraag alleen maar een klein bedrag €60 om op nemen dan doen ze zo gigantische moelijk over ook laat je ze de bewijzen zien via foto dan nog doen ze moelijk ik denk dat ik de politie hierbij moet bedrekken ik ben er beetje klaar mee met dezelfde vragen voor bewijst fototje om aan te tonen dat je echt de persoon bent
