I worked for surecall for two monthes , friendly staff , update all the time with rota and the job , payment on time , I had a little issue in the beginning but sorted as quick as they could do , I am in contract with the company now but if I go back to the agency I will definitely go back with them .

I haven’t had a good experience with them. There is no fixed rota. One day the start time is 4am, the next day it can be 2pm or even 4pm, then after that it goes back to a morning start again.
They also cancel shifts. There was even a time when I was booked to start at 4am, but when I arrived at the company to start work, I found out that my shift had already been cancelled the evening before and nobody had informed me. I didn’t get paid for that day either.
They also reduced my hourly rate without any prior discussion or warning. I only found out when I received my weekly payslip. Even though I complained about it, nobody seemed to care.
I don’t consider myself the best driver, but I have always been reliable, punctual and turned up when I was expected to. It seems that doesn’t really matter to them.

Don’t waste your time. The biggest problem is shift cancellations, and quite often not until the last minute, so any time around 17:00, for a shift the next day, they just cancel it, blaming the client of course, the latest cancellation I had for a 7am start the next day was 21:50. Because these cancellations are last minute, it’s too late to arrange any other work for the following day even if you belonged to any other agencies, so that’s £0 for the next day after committing to these clowns and they let you down time and time again, maybe 30 times. (My fault for not leaving sooner). They were putting other drivers ahead of me, as I would see these drivers and speak to them, and realise they were getting more work than me, Surecall just denied it and claimed I was still one of the clients first choices. Rather than just being honest and telling me I might as well move on, just preferred to string me along instead. Liars and tine wasters.

After a month of not driving for them, I was reluctant to trust them again, so then my contact at Surecall even tried to lure me back in by saying if I agreed to work at the usual transport company Mon-Fri I would get £100 bonus on top. Like an idiot I agreed, then the Friday before at about 17:00 again, sure enough, text message saying the entire weeks booking was cancelled, if it even existed in the first place. So if that was all a joke then they’re vindictive as well as unprofessional.

Another problem I had was with my payslips, they were starting to email me the payslips but to view them required a password. The password was supposed to be your DOB but for some reason mine didn’t work. Reported it to payroll, eventually they just started ignoring my emails, they couldn’t sort it, couldn’t or wouldn’t, even after I threatened to report them to ACAS for not having accessible payslips. I’m sure it would have been as simple as sending me a link in order to reset the password, but they’re incompetent as well as dishonest.

I am working for Surecall for over 8 years, look after me, always give me work, payments always on time, never late, it is a pleasure to work with them!

Don’t waste time with this agency !!!

I’ve been working here for about two years now and it’s been a solid experience overall. The team are supportive, management are approachable, and you’re given the help you need without being micromanaged. There’s good training in place and clear expectations, which makes a big difference in recruitment.

The environment is professional but relaxed, and people actually work well together. Once you settle in, you’re trusted to do your job, which I really appreciate.

Pathetic company tbh just liars posted the same job in multiple cities multiple adverts call them and they say we will get someone to call you back never appens time wasting clowns cant run a bath let alone a business

I realised until I faced the same trauma(Problem) I saw in the beginning reviews and ignored it until next day I found in my permanent company a guy wearing logo of Surecall I enquired about Surecall agency he said very good agency next day I went for induction for lanes group under Thames water(tanker) I got another colleague who used to work in regular company but he was under agency (I was permanent) though my instinct said not to join Surecall money attraction made me to resign from permanent position into fake position.as I was ready to start work from scratch they started to cancel shift. Now I realise money is not the solution take decisions wisely. Avoid this Agency 2/9/2024😢

The worst agency I have dealt with, I was dealing with some guy called Dean who asked me to come on 11th August at 11am to which Arrived 10 minutes before my time, 11am Dean is no where to be seen, 11:15 again Dean is no where to be seen around 11:30 Dean than appears out of no where stating "I was fixing the coffee machine" what a joke, Dean u give me a time to arrive I was there, what's more important a client or ur coffee machine. Anyway. After the meeting I than stated to Dean I can only start on a Wednesday as I have home renovation. He than stated I should call him the following day which was Monday, I called him the following day and no answer and no reply to my text. I than called back on Tuesday yet no response and no reply. I than got a text stating he will call 'The guy' What guy Dean..... Anyway I than came to a conclusion thst this agency is a circus which is run by clowns. I should have read reviews before joining this unprofessional establishment of a circus. DO NOT APPLY HERE WILL WASTE UR TIME AND ENERGY.

Worst agency.
They keep cancelling your shift on last minute. In 2 weeks i got 5 shift cancelled. Also they say one price after payment is different. Even i was working for them but they put on the system that the shift is been canceled and they doesnt want to pay me.Zero trust

Wished I checked these reviews before working for these. Absolute scam artists. Avoid this Agency like the plague. They will not pay for all the hours you worked. Good job I didn't stay with them for long.

Worst thing I ever did was to sign up to this agency. They changed the parameters of the job which i specified and messed up my wages which i earned
