Ich bin fassungslos über den Ablauf meiner Bestellung. Ich warte nun bereits seit sieben Monaten auf mein Paket. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, das Unternehmen zu erreichen, meldet sich niemand mehr bei mir.
​Es gibt weder Informationen zum Verbleib der Ware noch eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Dass der Kundenservice jegliche Kommunikation eingestellt hat, ist absolut unseriös und inakzeptabel.
​Ich fordere hiermit letztmalig eine Rückmeldung und die sofortige Lieferung meiner Bestellung oder die Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags. Bisher kann ich nur jedem davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.

This was the First time I've ordered from Surplus and Outdoors but it DEFINITELY won't be the last, It's got top quality kit at fantastic prices, It was like the Genie of the lamp granting my wishes,I ordered and YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND... Delivered straight to my doorstep in a couple of days absolutely brilliant..!
