Brought a lovely Citroen DS3 Dstyle plus and exchanged my old Clio. James was amazing and professional and talked me thru everything. Car was low mileage and a reasonable price and a pleasure to drive so a very happy customer. Definitely would recommend this company.

Really good experience with James and the team. Went looking for one car which wasn't what I needed. James took the time to show me a few other options and was happy for me to go on a test drive. Cleaned the car up really well for me. James made the whole experience stress-free and quick.

I recently had a great experience at Surrey Specialist Cars. Dragos and the other staff were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I went to look at a particular car they had in stock which was nice, but when I got there they had another car that had just come in that wasn’t on their website yet, it was lovely and just the model I was looking for. I was tight on time to find a new car and Dragos managed to get the car prepped and all the paperwork done really quickly so I was able to pick up the new car the next day. I’m over the moon with the new car, it’s lovely and they even called a few days later to check I was happy with everything which was a nice touch. Very happy customer.

Once they have your money you should expect no help from this company.

They sell faulty cars and will avoid your calls when confronted with any issues.

Bought a car from these guys last week and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the service SSC provided. I had James who was very friendly and helpful with my car. I’d highly recommend SSC as they made car buying an easy process and provided excellent service.

Horrendous experience with this company. Was fooled into purchasing a Nissan Juke which seemed like a great vehicle choice considering my daughter was less than 1 at the time for pram etc. Sold it to me with a faulty gearbox- 3 months later car packed in (sellers knew there was an issue with the car before selling it to me). We are now going through the legal system to get the car fixed or paid repairs.

I have seen other reviews for this company regarding selling faulty cars to innocent people. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND UPSETTING.

(EDITED) It was within 3 months of purchasing the car the problem set in. Which I had no support by the company from; multiple ignored emails, eventually saying there is nothing they can do. Legal trading standards states that if a major problem presents itself within 6 months of purchasing they have a legal duty to either fix the car or provide a full refund hence us progressing this to court. It is simple to find other reviews of this company stating similar issues. So no, the review I have written is not a “lie”.

Very helpful when it comes to transitioning cars.

I recently bought a Ford Kuga through SSC. The process was smooth and Dragos and Alex were unbelievably helpful with all the arrangements needed to get the deal done.
What made me write this review is that a week after driving off with my new car there was a completely unforeseen issue where the key stopped communicating with the car so could not set alarm etc. I called the guys at SSC and they got the car into their mechanic and sorted the issue for me. That is absolutely going above and beyond. 99% of dealers would just say “Well it was fine when you drove off, not our problem”. The guys at SSC are all about customer satisfaction, to the point that while my car was being sorted they arranged for me to work out of their meeting room for the day.
If you are looking to buy a car. Get in touch with Alex and Dragos, when the day comes that I need another car, they will be my first point of call.
