This is my second survey with Surveyline as the first house fell through. I was so impressed with the service first time around that I didn’t hesitate to contact them again. They provide a thorough, clear survey that is easy to understand and also offer pod advice on their findings. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I can thoroughly recommend James and his team at Surveyline, fantastic service, quick and efficient, very in-depth survey and had the report within days, plus James sent us a bound hard copy for our records. So I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Surveyline I promise you won’t be disappointed. Nick and Janet

Really great service. Contacted Surveyline for a quote and provided clear information that helped me choose the right survey report. They then completed the survey and report within a few days. They made it all so easy.

The report was detailed with many photos and clear explanations.
James answered my questions in a prompt and helpful manner with suggestions for further investigations that might be useful.

We have received a very friendly and professional service from Surveyline. We were very impressed with the survey report, especially how detailed it was - it totally surpassed our expectations! We have no hesitation in recommending Surveyline to anyone looking for a professional service and a very reliable building survey.

Surveyline was recommended to me by a friend. I was offered a competitive quote for a full building survey and was provided with several sample reports before I booked. When he arrived at my property James, the surveyor, immediately put me at ease. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, obliging and thorough. The comprehensive report (received by email and in hard copy) was well structured with plenty of photographs and helpful recommendations. James responded swiftly to a couple of queries following the report. James instilled me with confidence and thanks to his expertise I have a much clearer picture about the renovations that my property requires and how to prioritise the work. Thank you James and colleagues - much appreciated :)

Have used Surveyline and James's services before on property purchases for my daughter.

Obtained a clear report on recent purchase highlighting issues of concern/remediation.

Would highly recommend for an independent property survey. John

Surveyline were recommended to us by our solicitors and we were very happy with the survey they undertook. They were professional and the work was of excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

James, the author of our survey, proved to be extremely solicitous, replying promptly to queries (on one occasion on a Sunday evening) both before and after it was performed. Needless to say, the report itself was meticulous and forensic. I would therefore recommend Surveyline unreservedly to anyone considering making use of their services.

Report was very thorough but understandable. James was really helpful in going through points with me as haven’t had a survey done for years. I would def Reccomended his company and use him again

James Bland gave us a very detailed report and was very helpful, friendly and polite.

Highly recommend Surveyline in Bexleyheath. Paige who books in the surveys was great explaining everything and assisting with any queries we had. James surveyed the property and prepared a very thorough report for us.

Great service and communication, I would highly recommend this company.

I instructed Surveyline for a building survey on a flat and they were fantastic from start to finish. Both James and Paige are amazing, very professional, efficient and friendly. James submitted a very comprehensive report within a timely manner and has been very helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Surveyline!

Surveyline was recommended by a friend and when I called, James did not try to upsell, instead he advised us to go for the home buyer report because our property is relatively new and never been modified. James did an excellent job and delivered a very detailed report and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Surveyline. it is a very professional company and everyone I spoke to is super friendly and helpful.

We had a building survey carried out on the property that we were buying. Surveyline was excellent from start to finish.
The survey that was carried out was brilliant and the report was extremely detailed and provided recommendations on every fault that was found. James was on hand after we received the report to run through all the questions we had.
Despite the report being very through and extensive, it was sent to us in a timely manner.
We would highly recommend Surveyline to anyone and we would definitely use again.
