James was responsive and quick at helping us get the party wall award. He managed the neighbours well.

The Surveyor, was professional, thorough, and very helpful. impressed with the detail of the report and also sent through a video of the property, during lockdown, which saved me a trip to the property, and was outside of his remit. Would definitely recommend

Surveyline carried out a full building survey for us on a house. The service provided was excellent - the surveyor responded to emails quickly, arranged access to the property via the estate agents and carried out the survey as soon as possible. The survey itself is thorough and easy to understand. Thank you Surveyline! Definitely recommend.

Swift professional service, easy to arrange, emails answered quickly. Report received via email and hard copy. Arrived when promised. Report easy to read and comprehensive.
Would recommend Surveyline

I'm a landlord in the Boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich. This is the first time I've instructed a surveyline surveyor and was delighted with the service I recieved. Totally professional and the survey report was the most detailed and professional I've received in my 23 years as a residential and commercial landlord. I promise you will not be disappointed. Credit where it's due.

We just had a survey carried out by James & we were really impressed with how in depth the survey was & the professionalism presented throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend & if we move again would certainly come back to them for another survey. Thank you very much
