Everything went smoothly.
I’ve made two orders — both went well. The first shipment was delayed by a few days before dispatch, but that wasn’t a big issue. The second order arrived very quickly, within 2–3 days, and everything was exactly as ordered.
I bought one item to compare and used the return option. The return shipping is paid by the customer, but the company offered a cheaper and convenient return option via GLS.
I received a reply to my return inquiry the same day, within just a couple of hours.
Overall, a reliable shop with good service and quick support — would definitely order again.
