Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service après-vente d’EcoFlow.

Mon dossier est enregistré sous la référence CAS-20260721-1910989. Mon EcoFlow Smart Generator Essence 4 L est totalement inutilisable depuis plus de quatre jours.

Le problème est apparu immédiatement après une mise à jour du firmware via l’application EcoFlow. Avant cette mise à jour, le générateur fonctionnait parfaitement. Depuis, plus rien : écran noir, aucun voyant d’alimentation et uniquement des bips irréguliers.

J’ai appelé le SAV à trois reprises. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Lorsqu’un échange a lieu par e-mail, on me demande systématiquement d’attendre 24 heures ou de fournir des informations qu’ils possèdent déjà depuis le début du dossier. J’ai l’impression d’être baladé sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne soit proposée.

Pendant ce temps, mon matériel reste inutilisable et je n’ai reçu ni diagnostic clair, ni proposition de réparation, ni échange, ni prise en charge efficace.

Je m’attendais à un service après-vente à la hauteur de la réputation d’EcoFlow. Malheureusement, mon expérience est tout l’inverse : un support lent, difficile à joindre et incapable, pour l’instant, de résoudre un problème pourtant survenu à la suite d’une mise à jour de leur propre logiciel.

J’espère qu’EcoFlow prendra enfin ses responsabilités et apportera une solution rapide à ce dossier. En l’état, je ne peux absolument pas recommander cette marque pour son service après-vente.

I'm a loyal customer, evidenced by owning 5 EcoFlow generators; none are more than 1.5 years old, and 4 of them either don't work or have serious problems. The support is nonexistent. Beware.

Ordered an Ecoflow Delta 3 from Ecoflow via Ebay. The unit arrived quickly, but did not work at all. It wouldn't even turn on.
We followed Ecoflows instructions and charged it up for 24 hours, but it still DID NOT work.
The return was arranged by Ecoflow via XL Courier, who collected it as planned. However, Ecoflow is not being very forthcoming with the refund and have told us they haven't received the unit back, then they have received it back and then they haven't etc.
They seem unable to understand that there would be no reason whatsoever for us to retain a completely non-functioning unit.
I will update when I can and will hopefully have something more positive to say about their customer service, but to date, I have not received my refund and it looks like I may have to go down the small claims court route??

As you can imagine, I cannot recommend Ecoflow as a business and recommend you try an alternative power station brand.
