To start I would like to apologise for the miscommunication as well as misunderstanding. I should have taken into consideration various circumstances and shown more empathy. I just received a text that they got their Cadburys gift basket. They are over the moon. Ideal gift for any occasion and from the pictures I received looks unreal and well presented. I would recommend to anyone! again I am very sorry for the harsh review in not taken into consideration circumstances and my lack of patients (as I have been having issues with parcels not reaching me or lost in transport).
