This is the third request I have had to review my purchases, however, Iâm finding it impossible to do as I am STILL waiting for my order! I placed it two weeks ago and itâs still stating that itâs processing. I have contacted them via the contact form and I am just waiting for a reply. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait, and a delay was something that was not stated upon me placing an order otherwise I wouldnât have bothered. I would not reorder again as I have simply been put off with the delivery process and the lack of information from customer service.

Nice gummies.
The hair skin and nail gummies I received are very nice, the offer when I ordered was that any order would receive free multivitamin gummies. Unfortunately I did not receive these. I have emailed customer services who apologised and said they would send some out to me, however Iâve yet to receive them. That is why I have given the score above. This now makes me reluctant to make any further purchases.

Delivery not yet received but payment taken
Ordered from this company during Black Friday, email received to say delivery would be in 3 to 5 days but 10 days later, Iâve had no order dispatch number or confirmation email even though money has been taken from credit card. Iâve emailed to seek an update and they advised it will be dispatched soon but couldnât confirm when. Donât promote something if you canât deliver the goods. And certainly donât take money until youâve dispatched the order! Never ordered from this company before and this doesnât bode well for my future business.

Horrible delivery service once again
Horrible delivery service once again.
I ordered the product Friday the 25th November (2/3 days delivery) and the product didn't arrive yet.
No follow up emails have been sent with a status of the order or a tracking number.
Second time in a row this happened.
First time I thought was a casualty and I gave to the Company a second chance.
After this I will never ever order again from them.
It's a shame because the product is very good.
Better to find an other provider ;)
