I am still waiting one of the both solution: 1. The technical report as per my request before.

Update: Reminder No.1 - April 14, 2026,It has been 8 days since Swissultancy started their fraudulent actions against my account on April 6,2026: I am still waiting for one of the following:1.The Technical Report,Provide the evidence you claimed to have. Since I have already shared all the screenshots proving your employee "Rami" accessed my account and manipulated trades, I know this report will never exist because it would only prove your lies.2.Refund My Money:Return my balance of $6,098 which you have been trying to steal for the past 10 days with pathetic excuses.
> Take your time. I am in no hurry, and I will keep updating this review every few days to ensure every potential client knows how you treat your investors. My evidence is safe, and my voice will stay loud.
Status:No Technical Report, No Refund, Total Fraud.

Dear Swissultancy, regarding your reply, be informed that:
"Your response is a pure fabrication. Here are the facts you failed to mention: 1.System Integrity:All my trades since day one were executed using the same strategy. My trades reached "Take Profit (TP)"and were closed "automatically by your own system". How can you claim 'Arbitrage' or 'Scalping' when your server closed the trades at pre-set levels?
2.Prior Admission of Malpractice: After losing "$575"due to system manipulation where I was blocked from setting SL/TP, your management sent an official apology email and offered a 100% bonus as compensation. This is a clear admission of your platform's technical failure. 3.Financial Discrepancies: When I withdrew $1,500 previously, you deducted "$285"without any explanation or response to my inquiries.
4.Targeted Blocking:The 'problem' only started when I increased my lot size and generated higher profits. You hijacked my account only when it was time to pay my "$6,098" balance. 5. Lack of Evidence:I challenged you to provide a "Technical Report" proving any violation, and you failed. I have already sent you screenshots from your own platform 8 days ago proving all trades are legitimate.
6.Regulatory Status:You still haven't explained why "FINMA" confirmed you are "unlicensed".
"Conclusion:"If you have any intention of resolving this, as you claim, then process my withdrawal immediately. All evidence, including your apology emails and trade logs, is now with the regulators.
Here are the documented facts you are trying to hide:
1.Unauthorized Account Access: I have logs proving your employee (Rami) accessed my account using your corporate IP addresses without my consent on "March 24th". He deposited "$1,280" and opened trades himself. When I confronted him, you illegally withdrew the funds and manipulated the platform.
2.Intentional Platform Sabotage: Following my complaint about the unauthorized access, you blocked my ability to set"Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL)", causing an artificial loss of"$575". I have an official apology email from your management regarding this 'technical issue' and a 100% bonus offer as compensation.
I have screenshots of the IP access logs, the unauthorized trades, the $1,280 withdrawal, and your apology emails. Everything has been submitted to Action Fraud, the Financial Ombudsman, and my bank. Stop lying and return my funds."**

"As a Senior Projects Engineer, I operate based on facts and evidence. Here is the undeniable proof that"Swissultency" is a fraudulent entity:
1.Regulatory Confirmation (FINMA): I contacted the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). They officially replied stating that Swissultency "DOES NOT"hold a license and has no legal presence in Switzerland. 2.Official Fraud Reports: A complaint was filed with "Action Fraud (UK)", and it has been officially added to their database under "Reference Category 19a".* Complaints have been lodged with the"Financial Ombudsman Service"and the"FSA St.Vincent & the Grenadines".3.The Trap: I was allowed to trade normally, but the moment I increased my lot size, generated higher profits, and requested a withdrawal of **$5000**, they immediately blocked my account access.
4.Manipulation: My account manager (Rami) manipulated my credentials. Despite providing full technical logs of most trades and demanding a technical report explaining any 'errors', the company failed to provide a single shred of evidence for their actions.
"Warning to all investors" This is a classic 'Boiler Room' scam. They welcome your deposits but hijack your profits. I have shared all evidence with my bank for a full chargeback process

During a later stage, our compliance team identified trading patterns consistent with arbitrage strategies, which are not permitted under our platform’s terms and conditions. You were duly notified and requested to discontinue this activity.

As the same trading behavior continued, appropriate actions were taken on the account in accordance with our policies and risk management procedures.

For clarity, the total amount deposited on your account was $300, while the total withdrawals processed to you amounted to $1,500, which were completed successfully.

We would like to emphasize that all decisions were based on our terms and internal compliance framework. Supporting evidence, including email correspondence and account records, can be provided to the relevant platform or authority upon request.

I use to trade with swissultency for 3 years now.
They are great when it’s coming to deposit / withdrawals there fixed spreads are great I don’t have to worry about my account during news time or market open.
Over all it’s a good company I share many of my friends and family to trade there.
