Everything from beginning to the end went smoothly and the experience was once in a lifetime.

Swoop is very efficient. The representative always kept me updated for any info especially changes/adjustments regarding the trip.
I have used Swoop before when I went to the Antarctic last 2025. I was highly impressed with all the effort they put in and the enthusiasm they have about the planning of the trip.

Swoop did a great job of asking us about what we like to do/see when we travel. What matters to us and what doesn't matter as much, and what our budget is. They recommended a trip based on what we told them and we loved it. If you thinking of either pole (Arctic or Antarctic) I would talk to them. Our trip around Svalbard Island was exactly what we hoped it would be...lots of amazing scenery, wildlife (yes, 5 polar bears) more walrus, foxes and reindeer than we could count - and don't get me started on the crazy number of birds on the cliffs. We did kayaking, too and seeing it all from the surface of the water was extra special (no, we stayed far away from the bears). There are lots of choices out there - use their expertise to help narrow it down to one that will be what you want in a trip.

I booked an expedition cruise in Svalbard through Swoop Arctic. The experience was better than I expected. The crew and the onboard team were very organized, had all the equipment needed for exploration. I traveled with carry on.
Everyday there were activities on land or sea and their guides were highly qualified The food was outstanding it was a joyful experience. I recommend Swoop Arctic they make such a trip an amazing experience.

Swoop are great at understanding and then matching your requirements to the best match in terms of location, vessel and trip. We have used them twice and would use them again.

Swoop was wonderful to work with. My polar specialist rep took the time to answer my questions and really listened to what I was looking for in a trip and ship. My customer experience coordinator took wonderful care of me after booking to make sure I had all the resources and information I needed for my expeditions. If she needed to get back to me about something, I heard from her within a day with the answer! Swoop even helped with accommodations, transport, and sightseeing recommendations. I've booked 2 trips with Swoop and will be back again! I honestly wish there was a company like them for more travel destinations. They make it so easy and are wonderful to work with.

I have used swoop for both my Artic and Antarctica expedition. I appreciated their advice, throughout and answering all my questions. I would continue to travel with them.

An action packed voyage in Splitsbergen Svalbard. The three aspects I liked most about the trip: 1) kayak (we had 6 outings in kyak in a 8-day trip). 2) wildlife watching (24 hours arround the day!) and associated seminars 3) Buffet meals and self-serve catering, no fuss, relaxed, plenty opportunity to mingle with other guests.

It was a privilege to see this part of the world. I am really glad that I did it, and when I did. Swoop was our travel agent to both the Antarctic and to the Arctic. They did a good job of preparing us correctly for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
