Everything was excellent - the organisation in advance and support from the Team; the transfer in from El Calafate, and return; the accommodation both at Ecocamp (we had a Suite Dome - worth the extra) and also the 2 nights camping at refugios; the food; the Guides Tomas and Chris who were great with the group and gave so much interesting and informative information. And the variety - including varied walking, views of the French Valley and the Grey Glacier, a boat trip, and the ultimate hike up to the Base of Las Torres. An unforgettable experience

Our overall trip included a number of flights on various airlines and transit from the airports to locations. Swoop helped with all of this in addition to booking our 4 nights in Patagonia & the Atacama Desert (and some of us went on to Bolivia). Our trip went very smoothly and our accommodations at both Eco Camp & Explora were top notch. Our excursion guides were very knowledgeable and helpful and the food was great. Definitely a success for the whole family.

I recently returned from the trip of a lifetime to Patagonia and I probably wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for Swoop Patagonia. Swoop was very responsive after I first contacted them about their trip Torres del Paine Winter from a Luxury Lodge. They responded quickly whenever I had a question and addressed my concerns about traveling solo. After I booked I appreciated all of the information they provided and the continued contact. A few days before I was to arrive in Patagonia a potential issue came up (I was already in Chile) and I messaged my 2 contacts at Swoop- both got back to me very quickly- they checked about the issue and made sure everything was in order. It was very comforting to know there was someone I could turn to if I needed help.

The trip itself to the Explora Lodge at Torres del Paine was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend booking this trip through Swoop.

One special memory while in our EcoCamp Dome was waking up to the view of the moonlit base towers of Torres del Paine through our dome window...breathtaking!

We went to Atacama and Patagonia in Chile followed by 4 day Australis cruise. Swoop organized a fantastic trip and everything was seamless. Stayed at Tierra hotels and they were phenomenal with the service, tours and hospitality. A lifetime experience

Swoop arranged every aspect of a wonderful three-week trip to South America, including short stays in Buenos Aires and Santiago, but based mainly in the stunning region of Patagonia.

I cannot recommend Swoop highly enough. The agency was in very regular contact throughout the planning phase, and gave me superb advice across the board - key places to see, excellent hotel recommendations, detailed flight guidance, currency and health tips, etc.

But they also prepared me for the visit by providing invaluable personal background, brilliant insights into the region, and recommendations for further reading, films, etc.

All of this combined to make the trip the greatest experience of my life. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you once again to Swoop!

The Pumas of Torres del Paine trip (with Far South Expeditions) was an unforgettable five days. We saw 8 pumas on the private ranch Leona Amarga.

They were very responsive to any questions I had before the tour started. The trip to Patagonia was fantastic and the guide we had was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

Swoop provided everything as advertised. Facilities, connections, guides, were all excellent. Our trip could not have gone better. Swoop is expensive but it was totally worth the price.

Staff were available at all points during our process to book the trip, before the trip started, and during the trip. They even helped us find accommodations in an add-on part of the trip that was not in our original request. The pre-travel webinars were extremely useful and led by people who had travelled to the exact locations we were going to visit. We were able to ask questions and get answers we trusted.
