Vous payez ce que vous consommez. Très content de la facilité de l'utilisation. Par contre le service international est un peu cher, c'est pourquoi je mets 4 et pas 5 étoiles. Sinon je recommande fortement, si vous voulez de la transparence et être en contrôle de ce que bous payez !

Payment with credit card not possible. After the first free month I wanted to keep using it but every time the credit card information is correctly put it says it failed. The card is not the problem (from Credit Suisse), I use it all the time and never had an issue. Contacted Support Whatsapp for help. Absolutely not capable of any help at all. They say they forwarded my enquiry and never came back to me for three months. Contacted again for numerous times but never got anywhere. So I can receive calls but cannot make calls. What a useless service.

The worse Internet i ever experienced. I never thought it could be speed lower than 1mb !!! I regret i switched to this provider. With previous provider Internet always was from 26-45 mbs

Ich habe von Yallo auf Swype gewechselt und seit dem einen viel schlechteren Empfang wo ich vorher jeweils keine Probleme hatte. Die Signalstärke ist jeweils um 1-2 Balken weniger und der Datendurchsatz ist an vielen Orten, wo vorher kein Problem bestand, bescheiden. Ich habe nur gewechselt weil Swype mit dem selben Netz von Sunrise beworben wird.

I changed carriers from UPC to Yallo Swype and have been waiting for 2 weeks, with a deactivated telephone number, for the "Portierung", although I requested it over 3 weeks ago. Swype still can't give me a date when I'll have my number. There is no way to call them or visit them. I also can't call Yallo Hotline using the temporary SIM card that I have from Yallo (084 numbers are not allowed). No one can tell me when I'll have my number back and I don't know what to do anymore. It's such a bad service from the start!!! STAY AWAY FROM SWYPE AND YALLO.
