Their nagware in purchasing premium plus is like a virus you can't get rid of it. I was another sucker that bought the premium lifetime then had it downgraded to a lower value with a new premium which it constantly nags you to upgrade to.

Beware this company doesn't use third party's to sell their software. All financial transactions are carried out in-house. When I tried to cancel an online purchase, I was met with complete silence. Only managed to get the refund months later by going through PayPal dispute process.

Lifetime doesn’t mean lifetime!!

Ik dacht dat ik een keurig levens lang abbonement had.
Het heeft dan ook jaren naar behoren gewerkt.
Zo van het 1 oo het andere moment reclame op het scherm voor premium plus.
En nu hoort ineens de gesproken begeleiding bij het premium plus pakket dacht ik.
wat je elk jaar opnieuw moet aanschaffen.
Dit is puur bedrog dacht ik.
Nu blijkt ondanks dat ik wel ingelogd leek te zijn.
Waren mijn licenties niet actief. Uitloggen en opnieuw inloggen was de oplossing.en ik had weer geluid en kreeg weer begeleiding zonder reclame.

I have lifetime premium for which I paid extra which included updates. Sygic moved goalposts called it sygic+
And are now charging extra again. No thank you Sygic. I'll find a different maps app.

Werkt erg traag, de auto rijdt al een seconde of vier in de aangegeven richting voordat het scherm geupdate wordt. Dit ligt niet aan de performance van de smartphone!!!
Symbool van de auto en doel is zo groot dat je een kwart van de kaart niet meer kan zien.
Graag hoor ik hoe ik dat kan verbeteren.

Zeer slecht zoals meetdere al zeggen stem werkt niet. Tevens aangeschaft om met caravan te navigeren. Leid deze navigatie juist over weg die niet bedoeld zijn voor caravans en slaat juist hoofdwegen over. Tevens als je verkeerd rijdt berekent de navigatie geen nieuwe route. Dan moet je het maar uitzoeken.

conspicuous by it's absence.

So in summary, if you want to buy an app that works intermittently, crashes frequently, is not fit for purpose, charges for upgrades that are expensive and totally useless with the added benifit of not having any useful customer service let me recommend Sygic. They've got it down to a fine art.
Now where's my road atlas?

App seemed quite promising in the beginning, but became unreliable and unresponsive. Tried contacting “customer service”. Total waste of time, ignored my requests for assistance despite paying for premium. Scam Company. Avoid at all costs. Try Magic Earth instead, totally free and much better.

Whilst the mapping software has some advantages over Google Maps and others, their customer service does not! IT DOESN'T EXIST!

Mostly you with never receive a reply! In the rare event you do, it will be worthless and irrelevant !

Have you ever seen the advert where someone passes an empty office where the telephone is ringing? That's Sygic! No one there to respond to enquiries or complaints!

Quand j'ai acheté cette application tout était parfait j'étais très satisfait dès la première mise à jour des cartes bug et encore bug moi j'écris mon prénom ensuite mise à jour et ça fonctionne suite à une autre mise à jour il est complètement illogique il me fait par des endroits complètement illogiques je change les paramètres et c'est toujours la même chose une catastrophe je ne l'utilise plus je le déconseille application complètement pourri. On nous prend vraiment pour des idiot ils veulent me prendre notre argent. pour nous relance tous les jours avec des notifications pour 36 pour pour nous relance tous les jours avec des notifications pour prendre si pour prendre la ne le prenez pas fuyez merci bonne journée.

Had the trial version of the truck, motorhome & Caravan app, which only works on the mobile phone. It seemed to be a good app for navigating, but having to keep looking at the phone while driving wasn’t good, so I upgraded to have it integrate into my CarPlay.
What a mistake & a waste of money that was, as the app doesn’t seamlessly integrate into car play at all, and I’m still having to look at the phone for directions!
I’ve tried emailing their customer support 3 x times and not once have they replied back.
I’d really like them to refund me for this totally useless licence.

Ich installierte das Programm Truck und Camping vor ca. 3 oder 4 Jahren auf meinem Android Radio, es war ein Traum. Endlich konnte ich in meinem Profil zwischen meinem Solo Fahrzeug und meinem etwas größeren Camping Anhänger wählen. Eigentlich sollte er wissen, wie lange, groß und schwer ich bin, es hat manchmal gut funktioniert, aber was funktioniert schon immer. Lebenslanges Nutzungsrecht vom Programm für 75€, das macht Sinn, war damals meine Idee.

Top war die live traffic Funktion für 10€ / Jahr.

Ich hatte auch schon ein paar Mal Probleme, das letzte Mal vor ca. 2 Jahren. Ich sendete einen Support request und in recht kurzer Zeit kam ne Antwort mit ner Lösung.

Nun geht wohl gar nix mehr. 2x innerhalb 2 Monaten wegen nicht mehr existenten Maps geschrieben - ohne Antwort.
Hab nun nochmal meinen letzten Request eingereicht, weil das komplette Programm nicht mehr geht.

Ich denke, die haben abgeschlossen und lassen noch ein paar Geldeingänge einfliessen.

Schade. :(

Ich habe versucht ein Problem über den Service zu lösen. Leider habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen.
Mit Android Auto läuft das System sehr schlecht und die Bedienung am Bildschirm im Auto ist sehr eingeschränkt bzw fast nicht möglich Das System in Verbindung mit Android Auto ist Schrott und nicht zu gebrauchen

Driving in a city as Kuala Lumpur with Sygic is absolute hell, how can an app be made that stupid, once you have multiple layers of road, this app totally freaks out, it flips between roads all the time and you will get lost in no time. How come an app does not know on which road I am driving, especially when driving on a highway, this does not make sense at all. Please put some ai in this app, an app should know on which road I am driving by collecting the locations I was minutes before.

Levenslange licentie gekocht alles werkte perfect Stem stop in navigatie. Blijkt later dat je daar ook extra voor moet betalen. Ze komen steeds met extras waar je niet om vraagt maar wel voor moet betalen. Ik zeg vaarwel Sygic ik heb je deleted.

Nutze Sygic schon seit Jahren für Auto und Motorrad das Navi ist sowie war immer ein verlässlicher Partner auf meinen Touren.

a few years ago I paid for the "Basic World" lifetime license. now what I have paid for no longer has voice guidance, nor direction instructions, if I want to have them again I have to pay for the "Premium" package. I gave you my money and you cheated me, do you know what life insurance means?
