I have been using Fuelio for years now to keep track of fuel purchases and other car related expenses. While the fuel price tracking isn't as good as Upside or Gas Buddy. It is way better than other apps that I have used. They are great with providing support for the app via email and have made updates to the app on several occasions from my suggestions. I don't use the navigation app sygic has but Fuelio is great. It would be great if there was an API from Upside or Fuelio or from Google to track prices as more people might use Fuelio if they knew the prices were up to date. I would love to use the receipt scanning function but don't want the navigation.

Create a paid tier for scanning receipts in Fuelio without adding navigation benefits of Sygic.

Until recently the APP worked with only a few problems except that it is a huge power consumer when used.
During recent updates I realized that a few countries could not be downloaded fully. I.E France only a few regions was downloaded and updated. I contacted customer support and was told, just delete the APP and reinstall. I did and went through the entire process of downloading all my favorite countries again.
I seemed to work..................until the very next day when I opened the APP. Half of the French regions was gone and the rest was now placed under Finland.
I deleter Finland and UPPS the rest of of the French regions was also gone
I once again deleted the APP. Reinstalled and went through the download process once again. Next day SAME result. France disappeared from the face of the earth.
Contacted support once again. Now they have never heard of the problem and asked me to make a video????? How to make a video of missing regions. What a silly request
And as an additional feature the APP was starting to FREEZE when used.
APP deleted subscription cancelled never to be installed again
NO support when needed.
My Phone is iPhone 15 Pro MaX iOS 26.4.1

Lifetime licenses partially restricted behind Premium+ – unresolved

I have been a Sygic user for many years and purchased multiple Lifetime licenses (Premium Europe, Traffic Europe, Real View Navigation).

After recent changes, the app now places several traffic-related features behind a Premium+ paywall, even though:

- my licenses are active and recognized in the app,
- traffic is enabled in settings and affects route calculation,
- but incidents, timeline details and related context are blocked and marked as “Premium+ includes”.

I provided screenshots and details to support. The final response from Sygic (Head of Customer Care) states that everything works “as before” and declines restoring access.

This is not a request for new features. It is a case where previously unrestricted functionality appears to be partially restricted and reclassified under a subscription model.

The case remains unresolved and has been escalated through consumer protection channels.

If Sygic resolves this by restoring access consistent with the original scope of the Lifetime licenses, I will update this review.

Motorbike Mode funktioniert nicht. Obgleich der normale PKW Modus seit Jahren zufriedenstellend funktioniert, läuft der Motorrad Modus-Zukauf überhaupt nicht. Die Support-Leute reagieren auf meine Anfragen jeweils prompt. Eine Nutzung des Zusatzpaketes ist jedoch immer noch nicht möglich.
Momentan werde ich gebeten, bis zur Einflussnahme der zuständigen Sygic-Fachabteilung, Geduld zu haben. Knapp €50,- für das Produkt bezahlt, jedoch nicht nutzbar. Ganz klare Nicht-kauf-Empfehlung!!

Nachtrag vom 16.04.26:

Ich habe SYGIC mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht auf eine Softwareaktualisierung hinsichtlich des MOTORBIKE Modus warten werde. Vielmehr habe ich die umgehende Rückerstattung meines, bereits entrichteten, Kaufpreises verlangt.
Diese Rückerstattung ist heute auf meinem Konto eingegangen.
Somit zumindest kein Ende mit Ärger...

Nutze Sygic Prem+ schon seit Jahren. Bestes Navi für mich, da ich viele andere Systeme getestet habe.

I had to log in on another device for technical reasons, then I returned to the first device and they blocked access to a service that I paid for. They do not have this right.

I bought a lifetime license with lifetime adults about 10 years ago I upgraded to premium plus but I realised with everything that I’ve paid for I didn’t need so I cancelled it
However, now every time that I opened the app. I get bombarded with ads pressuring me to upgrade to premium plus I don’t need it. I have lifetime licenses and that’s what they mean. They are licenses for a lifetime.
If you continue this, you complete morons I will file a suit to sue you for harassment

The first problem is that it often fails to find addresses, even when they are correct. The second, and even more serious issue, is that it occasionally provides incorrect navigation or switches to a worse route mid-trip. Recently, while traveling from Luton Airport to Watford, Sygic led me the wrong way. As a result, I lost 40 minutes and suffered a great deal of unnecessary stress. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Utilisé en premium quelques années... La qualité de l'appli en chute libre. Les limitations de vitesse fantaisistes (autoroute à 130 : alarme pour limitation à 50). Des itinéraires plus long quand on demande le plus rapide... Le nom des villes dit lettre par lettre... Dommage, c'était une bonne appli à ses début.

Ich habe Lizenz gekauft aber keine chance zu aktivieren. Ich habe 10 Mail geschrieben und versuche mit Kundenservice Kontakt zu nehmen aber kein Erfolg.
Einfach Geld weggeschmissen.

So the latest issue is, if you do manage to create or download a route on your tablet (for example) your account doesn't link with other devices, this means it won't appear on my phone that connects to the screen on my motorbike, it also keeps crashing so I have to delete and reload the app, this deletes everything, settings, maps, routes the lot, I mean seriously, who ever "designed" this package has done absolutely no research as to what others are doing and what is required by the customer, although if you have made contact with them they aren't in the retaining business

Ik ben zeer ontevreden met sygic Premium abonnement omdat voor het gebruik van android auto je dan tot een Premium + moet overgaan.
Waarom Google maps, Wase en Anwb onderweg wel voorzien van android ondersteuning en toch gratis????

Op die manier zou Sygic zijn klanten gemakkelijk kwijt raken en is dat eigenlijk de bedoeling?

Me puse en contacto el 21 y el 26 de Enero el ultimo correo el uno de febrero porque no me a servido para nada no me funciona y ni me lo solucionan ni me devuelven el dinero que pague por el servicio que contrate y no he recibido ninguna solución. Espero que sirva para advertir a algún posible cliente para que se piense donde se mete . Yo en breve cancelare la suscripción y el dinero que pagué que lo aprovechen en salud

Ich nutze die App für PKW jetzt seit einigen Wochen (iphone 12 mini, iOS 26 und Premium+ Abo) mit meinem Verbrenner (kann also nichts zu den Elektro spezifischen Features sagen. Nachdem ich ich viele andere Apps ausprobiert habe ( TomTom, Nunav, Apple Maps, Google Maps) muss ich sagen (anscheinend im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Nutzern hier auf Trustpilot, ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann bisher fast nichts schlechtes über die App (auch nicht über den Support) sagen. Der einzige Fehler, der mir bis jetzt aufgefallen ist sind die Spritpreise (die immer völlig veraltet sind), hierüber bin ich mit dem Support seit 2 Tagen im Austausch (es wird immer nach wenigen Stunden geantwortet). Hinweis: Deutsch wird augenscheinlich von Google (o.ä.) übersetzt. Es klappt besser, wenn man auf englisch schreibt. Geantwortet wird immer auf deutsch. Zum Planer: korrekte Routenplanung (ab dem aktuellen Standort), gute Verkehrserkennung und gute Umplanung bei Stau. Ich benutze die App täglich.

Funktioniert leider nicht auf jedem Gerät!!
Trotz Empfehlung und Zusage des Verkäufer vonSygic läuft die App nicht auf meinem Gerät

Achtung, meine Empfehlung: Finger weg von der Sygic-Navigation.
Die Macher stellen gekaufte Abo-Lizenzen nicht zur Verfügung bei einem Gerätewechsel.
Ich rate zu Tomtom, die wenigstens auf meine Bitte super nett eingegangen sind, wo ein Wechsel von einem System auf das andere kein Problem darstellt. Ist von der Navigation her gesehen meiner Ansicht nach auch besser.

Bij het begin een levenslange licentie gekocht, maar nu werkt het geluid ineens niet meer.
Je moet dan een premium+ abonnement nemen.
Zonder geluid heb je weinig aan de navigatie.
Ik ga wel Google Maps voortaan gebruiken, want met deze bedriegers ga ik niet meer in zee
UPDATE Ik heb de app verwijderd van mijn telefoon en opnieuw geïnstalleerd en toen werkte het weer.
Ik heb het gevoel dat Sygic het bewust heeft geblokkeerd in de hoop dat mensen een jaarlijks abonnement op Sygic nemen.

Ho una vecchia licenza che utilizzo da anni. Se invece di massacrarmi di pubblicità pervhe faccia un abbonamento premium, riuscissi a scaricare le mappe su un nuovo cellulare, sarebbe molto gradito. Ogni volta che apro l'applicazione mi dice che non ho nessuna mappa off line e che devo scaricarla. Io ci provo ma continua a dirmi che c'è un errore e di riprovare più tardi. Sono ore che provo più tardi. Grazie

Ich habe alle Parameter eingestellt für mein Womo.Als Vergleich habe ich die Maße eines 40 Tonners als weiters Fahrzeug eingegeben. Ergebnis : Bei beiden Varianten wurden wir einmal über Strassen geführt die es seit langem nicht mehr gibt und zum anderen über Wege geführt wo man nur schlecht mit einem PKW durchkommt aber mit einem Womo oder gar 40 Tonner gar nicht. Schade um das Geld. Dieses System ist NICHT hilfreich. Überlegt es Euch gut ob Ihr das machen wollt.
