At first I found it a bit inaccurate, and sometimes giving me detours that seemed a bit pointless, but I have used it more and more and actually like it. I get all the essential alerts without some of the distracting ones that some of the other apps like Waze gives me. I do think Sygic is worth the money and probably will renew it when the time comes around. It has a nice clean interface, and the screen is logically laid out. Occasionally I get a false reading as far as speed is concerned, but that is rare. It seems stable.

Quelle hypocrisie

I have the ‘premium’ Sygic satnav provided by Pilote on a Pioneer platform in my motorhome. I have correctly entered all the vehicle dimensions but the system ignores this information. This has resulted in our very nearly being stuck on a 90degree turn in the narrow streets of a small French town. In addition, the system comes up with bizarre routings that are obviously indirect and unnecessarily complicated- as reference to a paper map makes clear. The app has directed us on several occasions down weight limited streets, one way streets (the wrong way!) and into a cul de sac closed off by permanent bollards. I now no longer trust the app. I tried to give this feedback directly on the Sygic app - what a surprise - it won’t let me post the review without a ‘nickname’ and every nickname conceivable (Ž, for example) are apparently taken. Scam. Avoid this product at all costs. I will now have to buy a reliable motorhome satnav - eg Avtex. I will also suggest to Pilote that the cease providing the Sygic software.

Poor support. Opened a ticket at May 23, 2025 at 10:41 AM and ticket is not solved to this day... And yes, I'm a premium subscriber, but it means nothing as I see..

The routing on this system is terrible. It would send you on a huge diversion for no reason if it could. I do not trust it at all. Cheaper isn’t always better. I don’t understand how it cannot do the job it’s supposed to do.

Despite putting in the dimensions of my 2.8m high vehicle into the app, Sygic Truck and Caravan app tried to take me into a 2m toll. Fortunately I was able to use an escape lane. Useless.

I was an early adopter of Sygic in 2015. Brought several Premium Lifetime licenses. Up until this year I would have given 5 stars. Then Android Auto stopped working. Sygic expect me to upgrade to Premium+ and buy another lifetime licence. I don't need all the + bells and whistles just need the map to display in the car as it did for the past 10 years! From what I read even updating to + this doesn't guarantee a fix.

In effetti (volevo fare abbonamento) ma leggendo le recensioni ho cambiato idea..ho comunque provato a impostare da Genova a Porec Croazia ..ora io che abito a Genova la strada piu breve è passare da Trieste e proseguire per Slovenia e Istria....secondo sygic dovrei imbarcarmi ad Ancona e fare il giro dell oca..no grazie tenetevi pure premium e abbonamenti vari......molto affidabile....( chiaramente ironico)..

Man gibt alle Maße und Gewichte des Wohnwagengespanns ein und wird dann von der Software sicher durch engste Wohngebiete vor das gesperrt Zeichen für Fahrzeuge über 3.5 Tonnen geleitet.
Da kann ich gleich nur Google Maps nehmen.

This is one of those review sites were everyone is correct please read reviews before purchasing from this company, they make you believe you're getting the whole package only to find out you have maps with no sound etc etc unless you go premium doesn't state this while ordering, you know what am scunnered trying to tell how bad this company is Just don't do it you'll thank yourself some day.......

Uso Sygic da più di 10 anni (su diversi device per marca, modello e tipologia) in Europa, USA e Africa e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo.
La pianificazione del percorso e le previsioni di arrivo sono sempre affidabili.
Ho aquistato tanti anni fa una licenza mondo a vita, poi sempre in offerta la premium a vita ed anche da quando è uscita la premium+ ho continuato ad usare senza problemi la versione premium.
Da pochi giorni ho aquistato la premium+ a vita in offerta (a me non piace pagare canoni)... spero che l'esperienza sia altrettanto positiva.
Spero che nella versione premium+ (che non ho ancora avuto modo di testare bene) sia stata implementata la funzionalità di velocità media tra 2 piloni dei tutor (come fa un suo noto competitor).

L'application pour camping-car n'est pas fiable et vous envoie sur des routes très étroites et pas adaptées.
Les limites de vitesses sont fausses.
Les Indications dans les ronds points vraiment pas claires et n'indiquent pas la direction à suivre.
Application peu pratique avec Android auto avec une procédure spéciale.
Bref on regrette vraiment notre achat assez cher malgré leur promotion.
Tomtom fait beaucoup mieux

Ich habe Sygic seit Jahren benutzt und hatte für Android und iOS die Premium Lifetime Lizenzen gekauft.
Auf einmal funktioniert CarPlay nicht mehr, was jahrelang einwandfrei lief.
Der Support sagt dazu, sie hätten ihr Lizenzmodell umgestellt und ich hätte ja keine separate CarPlay Lizenz gekauft. Ich müsse jetzt Premium+ abonnieren.
Ich finde die App wirklich gut, aber die Geschäftspolitik geht gar nicht!!!
Dass man für neue Features Geld verlangt, ist ja ok, aber vorhandene Features einfach zu deaktivieren und nur gegen Geld wieder freizuschalten, geht gar nicht!
Welches Feature wird denn beim nächsten Update unangekündigt gestrichen? Navigation?

Hände Weck!!! Das ist alles sehr enttäuschend,hier wird man in die irre geführt! Kein vernünftiger Kontakt keine nützliche Hilfe. Diverse Aufforderungen zu Erweiterungen. Im guten Glauben bucht man, zahlt und bekommt kein fertiges, gutes nutzbares Produkt. Hände weck!!!!

Habe soeben das laufende ABO gekündigt da die App zwischenzeitlich zum Schrott muttiert hat, nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, vorallem funktionieren alle Zusätze die ich bezahlt habe nicht mehr.

Navigation Verbesserungs würdig , Google Maps deutlich besser,,Ansagen fahren sie weiter auf Strasse,
bei gleicher Straße unsinnig. Bei Neuberechnung zu langsam. Routenführung oft ungenau. Häufig Aufforderung :wenden bei nächster Gelegenheit: ohne Sinn.Verwende Sygnic auf bekannter Strecke um ausgiebig zu testen. Es gibt noch einiges zu verbessern,der Gesamteindruck ist aber gut, ich glaube ihr schafft das.

I downloaded the Sygic navigation software from Google Play, tested it and it malfunctioned.
I unsubscribed and requested a refund within hours, Google rejected the refund request. This practice is illegal. We'll see where this goes.
You SCAM me, I don't care about the value, I'm going to make a disgrace of you.

Tous les ans on vous redemande de prendre une licence à vie???
De plus il m'a plante mon ordinateur de bord...
Je ne peux plus l'utiliser.
Je vais les contacter pour me faire rembourser l'ordinateur du véhicule.

Sygic truck & Caravan met "Android auto" optie aangeschaft voor onze camper.
Echter het is geen "Android auto" maar een MIRROR van je telefoon. Je kan niet vanuit "Android auto"een route bepalen of aanpassen maar moet dan eerst via je telefoon. niet handig als die in je broekzak zit.

En na diverse emails ben ik maar gestaakt..geen fatsoenlijk antwoord of oplossing te krijgen.

Behoorlijk spijt van mijn aanschaf van €79,-

Je voulais prendre la version Sygic premium pour mon Android auto, j'ai bien fait d'attendre un ami du travail a pris cette version il y a un an il m'a dit que c'était une application qui valait pas un clou il a pas de son les bâtiments 3D c'est aléatoire et surtout il arrive pas à se désabonner il a été obligé d'envoyer un recommandé d'ailleurs regarder les avis
