I'm Brazilian and I bought a pack of organ. Everything all right, conversation by email was easy and well done. And the voices high quality. When I can, I will buy more voices.

I had an issue with a pack that caused the Modx error that it contained an invalid file. I contacted Synthcloud and they responded very quickly and resolved my issue by providing a new download via Dropbox. The first try also had the invalid file issue. Lucy quickly provided another file and my issue was resolved.
Very prompt and great customer service.

I purchased the two preset packs for the Behringer Poly D. The documentation is very well presented, and the result—the sound—is convincing, outstanding in my opinion.
My initial experience with customer service was entirely positive.
I will definitely use SynthCloud's service again for my UB-Xa.
I am very satisfied.

I do recommend to get the jean michel jarre sounds for Roland fantom very impressed with them. Excellent website the sounds are worth the money. They have a excellent choice for different keyboards.

Synthcloud has made it possible for me to have retro sounds on a modernized keyboard. The customer service is out of this world. I've been a customer for almost 10 years now, on all Korg and Roland models I've ever owned. I even like that they offer video lessons now. 5/5 stars!
