Ich habe versehentlich ein Soundpaket doppelt gekauft und mich daraufhin an den Support von SynthCloud gewendet. Die Antwort kam super schnell – und anstatt umständlich zu erstatten, haben sie mir kulanterweise ein anderes Soundpaket meiner Wahl angeboten. Das nenne ich Kundenfreundlichkeit!

Die Qualität der Sounds ist sowieso überragend – kreativ, inspirierend und technisch top gemacht. Als Musiker weiß man das wirklich zu schätzen.

Ich werde definitiv weiterhin bei SynthCloud einkaufen. Vielen Dank an das Team – so geht Kundenservice im Jahr 2025! 🙌

After days of struggling putting sounds in to a old 2000s synthesizer that I was trying to get back to life, Synthcloud was so helpful in guiding me through esch step to put new sounds into my dated machine. The company was kind enough to record a video on how to install sounds from PC to the hardware. Thank you Synth Cloud for truly servicing your customer and meeting the high expectations with high quality, creative sounds and presets!

I bought some Pink Floyd sounds for my Nord Stage 3 and they sounded amazing. They have saved a lot of time and have achieved something I could not figure out how to programme. The response from their Customer service is great. I am sure I will buy some other products!!! Really recommendable

alors je dit bravo au support Synthonia et le Team qui sur ce coup a assuré a tout les niveaux pour leur réaction rapide et efficace

I am very satisfied! I bought a sound bank for the Nord Stage 3, but I am very bad with technology, so I couldn't install the sounds. They kindly helped me, investing a lot of time to explain how to do it, and now I have the sounds installed. Thank you so much for everything!

Synth cloud got back to me with an email straight away after I asked them for a welcome discount for the 10% and they gave me 20% instead. Great guys! Very happy with the service. And the icing on the cake was another 30% off for leaving a honest review on trust pilot. Excellent work guys ;-)

Great service from Synthcloud. Always respond to support requests quickly and provide updates to sound packs. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased several sound packs from Synthcloud a few months ago I was already very happy with their quality and usability for my band gigs. Then yesterday I needed some help from their Customer Support and in a matter of minutes my issue was solved. They're really fantastic.

Great experience with Synthcloud resolving an issue with files that were not downloading properly. I sent an email with a screenshot of the error and within a day got a prompt response and a solution to the problem. Very easy and no-nonsense. Great customer experience for me and I would recommend their products.
