As always the staff were extremely professional and made you feel that your visit was important to them. Everything was completed on time and to the very high standard that I have always expected from this dealership.

5 years into what will be a long term relationship
This is the third car I’ve purchased from Sytner at Mercedes Teesside. Everything about the experience of the last five years just works for me. A relaxed approach to options for the future matched with a prompt attention to any servicing/repair needs makes this a win win option for me. Underpinning it is undoubtedly the development over this time of one to one relationships with people like Mark and JP in Sales and Emma and Victoria in servicing. The cars are rightly the stars of the show but they shine all the brighter because of the Sytner Teesside staff.

24 February arrived for a factory recall about airbags peplace and also I was asked about some maintenance quote, but did not receive an answer during service time. So, after 6 hours, the airbags were changed and after a back call from "MB fo Teeseeside", I arryved to pick up my car. The customer manager apologized for the delay (waiting time inside about 30 min), gave me check list and noted that one tire must be replaced. What I found myself.... — (see in the pictures Google Maps) - Question :
How MB dealer let me go onto the road with a damaged tire???

Purchased a new vehicle last year and I took it for it’s first service yesterday and as always the customer service was first class, from drop off to collection, ensuring the points I raised were attended and resolved. Would definitely recommend!

Mark Moore managed to sort out my repairs at the garage.
Understood what work was required to be carried out on my Mercedes B Class.
Sourced the parts, gave me an estimate and stayed in touch letting know how the work was progressing.

Amazing service as always
Amazing service as always! A room to work in while I waited, offer of drinks too. Originally booked in for a 2 hour service appointment but they also sorted a loose bolt on my shock absorber and cleaned and hoovered my car! Couldn’t fault this place! Would highly recommend

Great Service!
Easy booking, very helpful and friendly personnel. The reception on arrival was very efficient. The loan car provided was nearly new (Mercedes GLC). The feedback from the service advisor (Victoria) was both clear and comprehensive (exceptional customer service skills). The video report given by the service technician was very useful. In all, a great experience from a professional team!
