Great service
Professional, accurate and timely service. In fact, they completed the repair ahead of the schedule having advised me to drop the car earlier in case they could fit the repair in sooner. It was extremely helpful. Ben Lau at Stevenage branch who was repairing my car did his upmost to provide a great service, which I am really pleased with!

Kind, polite friendly from the outset
Lewis was a great person to work with when purchasing a mini countryman, very patient, very polite, easy to chat to and nothing was a problem for him. Excellent salesman, and I believe a great asset for Sytner Stevenage.

Polite, professional, friendly service from staff. Made the whole process very easy. Kept in regular contact with me throughout. This particular dealership is excellent, which is why I always go to them, even though there is another closer to home.

Great service at Sytner Stevenage, from initial enquiry with Damian Brogden to purchasing car. Jay Beverly looked after every aspect of the transaction and kept me informed. Very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Matt gave us friendly service
Matt gave us friendly service, and knew what he was selling, and made the car buying quick and simple. The car was prepped well, and they went through the various extras clearly. A shame that BMW and MINI no longer do deals on the price...kinda take it or leave it with the windscreen price.

Top Mini dealership, staff and quality cars
I have been searching for my dream Mini for nearly a year now, monitoring Autotrader daily. As soon as Sytner Stevenage placed the advert I emailed to log my interest. The next day the branch was open Matt in the dealership contacted me and we spoke about the condition of the car and he sent 2 detailed videos, I immediately paid a returnable deposit. Waiting another two weeks for a mutually convenient appointment to view the car which was 2.5 hours drive away.
On the day we arrived and saw the car beautifully presented at the showroom entrance. A quick view around the outside and we went into the showroom. I honestly have never had such a fantastic welcome from showroom staff. It is unusual to see staff sat at desks in the showroom being acknowledged by all staff and a lovely young lady welcomed us and made us feel comfortable whilst she brought Matt to us.
Matt was amazing, very helpful, courteous dealing with a test drive, completing the paperwork and taking me to the post office to tax the car.
The car had been fully serviced and two new tyres replaced. Although the car was over a year old it was as near as immaculate that you can get. There was enough fuel in the tank to get me home.
Mini Stevenage will be the first place we will look now for any Mini's in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone else who is after a Mini.

I have received excellent service from George at Stevenage . Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered. We did buy the car due however I would buy a car form George without hesitation.
