Super and efficient service with a smile.
Friendly and helpful young lady (Molly Parsons) no pressure. Pleasant and stressful test drive at a time and date convenient to me. Found me the exact MINI I wanted including the right colour. No rush. Great coffee and clear explanations re finance options. Competent and efficient process by lovely staff.

Great Experience
We recently bought an Electric Mini. We were looked after by Kate H, and she was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows her cars, but unlike many car salespeople, she was never pushy. Mini Stevenage (Sytner Group), really looked after us and it was a great experience.
The only downside, and the reason they are 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a long delay to our order due to parts issues. Not Stevenage Mini’s fault, but still frustrating.
Overall would highly recommend but make sure you ask for Kate!

Great service
Absolute first class service from George Eales in sales. I was searching high and low for a specific car and George went out of his way to find it and then the service i received afterwards was excellent. The car has arrived exactly when he said it would. Thanks.

The service I received from Synter Stevenage Mini.
The service I received from, both, George and Molly from Sales was amazing. They ensured I had a sound, comprehensive knowledge of the car to enable me to drive my new car away confidently. I was contacted, again, with a follow up call to see how I was getting on and reassured that should I have any questions at a later date, not to hesitate to contact them. I’m so pleased I chose to buy my new, car from Mini, Synter, Stevenage.

Such a wonderful experience it was to buy our Mini Countryman from Styner Stevenage.
The salesman Damien ,his sales techniques are par excellence,he wasn’t the slightest pushy and explained everything about our purchase throughly and professionally,and not forgetting Charlie ,so charming and amiable,he explained throughly everything we needed to know about the PCP financials .Styner are lucky to have employees as such ,rare nowadays ‼️

We dealt with Scott, he was great throughout the initial visit all the way to purchase and collection. Our chosen car was at Sunnydale branch but we asked it to be transferred to Stevenage so we could deal with him.
