Louise was a delight to work with and gave us great advise. Always available and efficient even checked the house when we were away. Would highly recommend Taylormade Moves and will use them again if we have a requirement.

They did what they said they would do, on time, with no fuss and with good humour.

Louise was brilliant with helping us to sell our house. She was great at handling anything that came up without any fuss. We also appreciated how much she kept in touch and gave us feedback. Everyone we spoke to in the office were also lovely and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tailormade!

Tailormade Moves came recommended to sell our home and in particular Emma. We were not disappointed. Emma took time to prepare excellent particulars and photographs to put our home on the market. From going live with the sale she kept us updated on all viewings and had the house under offer within the week. An excellent service. We had not sold a house in 40 years and Emma and the Tailomade Move team made it easy!

Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend

The process was very straightforward, contracts signed and completed quickly. All in all a good service.

Great service

They were great from start to finish

Very helpful and quick at moving things forwards.

I thought the house buying process was handled very well. The goodies bag handed over with the keys was a nice gesture

Fantastic service with a lovely personal approach. Managing viewing was a smooth process with great communication from the whole team.
Louise especially

Lovely staff, excellent customer service

We have just sold our house with the help of Emma. This is the second property we have sold through Emma. From beginning to end (which was very short both times!) the service is faultless. Emma manages everything with no stress to you, she always responds so quickly too. I also dealt with Ellie from the office lots re booking appointments for viewings, she was lovely and always so cheerful on the phone. I can’t recommend TMM enough.

Emma was super from the start of our buying process and right throughout my selling process. Could not rate Tailormade Moves high enough. Thanks :)

Emma at the viewing and verbal offer stage was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the property and any questions she need more info got straight back to us.

Louise was fantastic, she was easily contactable, reliable and kind. A very pleasant experience and miles above other agents in the city.

After selling our previous home with Tailor-made, when recently my Mother's house had to be sold there was no doubt with regard to which selling agent I would use. Again they came up trumps!
