It was a quite a slow and concerning process at times, hence it was a relief to come to the end of it.

First of all let me say, onboarding is a breeze with the app supplied by Talbots law. the whole experiance was amazing thanks to the people on my case. Preesha was quick to respond and help out when in the office and Jacob was amazing all round. he would reply back quicker than any other person in any other law firm. Preesha telling me that my case was number one proirity was a joy to hear. They are both a credit to Talbots Law. I felt that there was lots of mis communication between you and the sellers solicitors, which fed different stories back to me , based on my sale and my purchase thats took over a year to complete i feel all parties dealing with this were at times very disappointing to keep me updated , towards the end was better , but overall I felt very disappointed with the experience and the total cost compared to my previous house moves with other solicitors, but still wish to thankyou for your service .

Talbots were the solicitors used by the buyer of our flat. They seemed extremely diligent in their work. However every response took weeks and the same questions seemed to be asked over and over. Information requested and sent by our solicitor got sent to "our technical department" where it seemed to sit for ages. the whole thing took much longer than it should given we had a cash buyer and the property was vacant and chain free. I would say to anyone using Talbots that you need to chase all the time or not much gets done.
